Horrible experience: The salad bar was clearly missing a lot of condiments and they were too busy to refill it. They had no lids for the drinks, water cup wait time 15 minutes. The machines were out of tickets and the place was disgusting dirty, the trash bins over flowing with garbage. Also, exactly at 10 pm they turn off the switch for all the games so nobody can play anymore and leave, it killed the moment for the children playing. Terrible customer service. Every time I've ordered here, my order has ALWAYS come out wrong. Today was no different. Order came out 'just to look like the picture' and was still wrong. I ordered pizza with toppings on half and it was pathetic. Unfortunately my kids don't care so I'm stuck coming here. There's never ice in the machine. I had not stepped foot into a Chuck E Cheese's in over ten years. I mean why would I? I didn't have kids. Now that I have a one year old I can totally understand why there is a Chuck E Cheese's. My son had a blast and not to mention it but my husband also had a blast. We went on a Monday afternoon so we were lucky enough to not deal with the crowds and hoards of people. We ordered one medium pizza which was very tasty and a salad bar. We got there at 1:45pm and were told that the salad bar would be ready by 2:00pm. The salad bar was not ready until 2:30. I would have given them a four star if they wouldn't have lagged on the salad bar set up. I like to have some salad before eating pizza so I don't scarf down three slices like I did. Nonetheless I will be visiting Chuck E Cheese's again because on the ride home my kid slept all the way home and then took a long nap. It's a great way to tire out the rugrats. read more

Wait - THREE stars for the Chucker? Am I kidding or what? Well, let me explain ... one star if you're an adult; five stars if you're a kid, which is who this place is built for in the first place. It's basically a playground/game room that sells something approximating food on the side. That averages out to three stars, OK? So, don't take your Significant Other here on a date. Stay home, order a pizza delivery or pick up a frozen pizza at the store. Eat the box. It will probably taste better than what you find here. Little Caesar's is gourmet pizza compared to the Chucker. However, $1.99 is a reasonable price for a soda and $6.99 may be a good deal for the all-you-can-eat salad bar. I don't know, because my wife ordered barbecue "chicken wings" (really processed chicken tenders) instead. They were about as good as what you might find in the frozen food section of your local supermarket. I see there are some other food options, but I wasn't able to sample those. If you absolutely have to take the kids, grandkids or great-grandkids here, these may be acceptable choices. We are on vacation and it was my sons birthday. We told him he could go anywhere he wanted and he chose Chuck E Cheese. We went on a Wednesday at 1-430p. The staff was AWESOME. Ittaha, in particular went out of her way to make sure we had all our needs met. All the games worked (the chuck e cheese where we live often has games which just eat tokens but don't work). I would DEFINITELY recommend this particular Chuck E Cheese. Especially when its 100+ degrees out.. The air conditioning felt so good! read more

If you know Chuck E. Cheese's, then you know what kind of ride your in for from the start. This establishment tends to be busy no matter what day it is, especially if it's in the evening. The tables are usually full or have existing trash on them waiting for cleanup. Seems the place is understaffed for as many customers they serve on the daily. Its definitely a mission trying to get help from a staff member. The soda area is usually messy and could use a little more attention hourly. The restrooms are decent, but usually out of hand sanitizer or soap. Now as far as the pizza it's ok. Seems to be extra thin and somewhat basic. On this last visit we noticed there isn't anymore red pepper or parmesan cheese shakers, which is a must for any pizza. I continue to bring my kids back as it's one of the only things to do here during the summer heat, and it does keep them entertained. Coins were replaced with electric cards to play any games. It was a lot better with the coins and when each game only took one to play. Now it's up to three credits, depending on the game. read more

If I could give it no stars I would. Very unfortunate that I had to make a yelp account just to review this place. The kids love it, the only problem is the staff is very limited and extremely rude. I went last week and it was a pain to pay in the front and literly had to wait for 45 minutes for the prize section because the employee was running back and forth to do multiple jobs. I went today for my other daughters birthday and the manager itself was very rude when I told her that my child lost her card, she gave me attitude and the employee that charged me pretended like I never even paid. I'm writing this review as I'm sitting in Chuck E. Cheese, I don't even know where to start with this place. As soon as we got here all the tables were dirty so we sat in the reserved seats in the back since those were the only tables available. Even though they were absolutely no families sitting at the tables, a woman working told us we couldn't sit there because they were reserved. We told her all the tables were dirty and she told us she would send someone to clean them, so we sat down at a couple of dirty ones and after waiting for about 15 minutes we asked her again and she said he'd be right over. Again no one came, so we went up to the counter to speak to someone and the older gentleman working said "I THINK I can get someone over" which is incredibly sad. How can you not have a busser in a busy Chuck E. Cheese on a Sunday? Needless to say he never came so we had to clean our own tables, we just moved all of the trash to a another table that already had trash. To add insult to injury, another gentleman dining here offered us his rag to clean our table meaning we were not the only customers cleaning our own tables! All the tables ended up staying dirty the entire 3 hours we were here, they only came to clean them once it was 30 minutes to closing. To put it in a nutshell; this place has terrible service, terrible food which is also over priced, and could definitely use a facelift. I'd be embarrassed to work here, hell I'm even embarrassed I came here, and I will most definitely never come here for a birthday or anything else again. Went to a birthday party here last weekend. The people at the front were nice but you could tell everyone that worked there hated it. Now I'm sick along with my 2 year old and everyone else that went to the party. I have a 4 month old that I left at home with a sitter and I thank god that I did. If you have sick kids keep their asses at home people!!! I'm now missing my family Christmas party thanks to this horrible cesspool of germs. I refuse to go back. We had my son's second birthday party there on 8/20/17. When I attempted to schedule the party on their website it said they were booked for those hours. A few days later I tried again and it said the same thing so I had my husband call directly and we successfully booked it. When we arrived at 3pm (party started at 4) they were slammed! The door host wanted to turn us away until I told her we had reservations. Yay! Glad we called! Around 4:15 the crowds cleared out and it was a more normal "weekend busy" environment. Our hostess was young and very sweet. They decorated the table that seats 16 people and there are surrounding booths for additional adults. The Birthday package came with 2 slices of pizza, a drink cup and a play pass (tokens) for each child attending the party. We also ordered 3 large pizzas for the adults attending. The kids had so much fun playing the games it was hard to get them all to sit down for the party. Once Chuck E Cheese came out they all came running. That's when they sang Happy Birthday and took photos with ChuckE. We brought our own cake and the hostess brought it out to cut and serve it for us. Best money spent on a party. No set up. This place is RIDICULOUS! We had to wait 45 minutes for our food & I had to complain twice to the assistant manager (couldnt say if there was an actual manager on site)! The assistant manager is a flippant older man who was SO rude! There are several people beside me waiting for their pizza & after 30 minutes, I asked where our food was & was told it was next...it wasnt. The staff here is very rude & I was interrupted multiple times when ordering by the cashiers personal problems. The salad bar was half full & nobody seemed to care. I paid for a salad bar & was barely able to eat. No refund or anything else was offered for such terrible service & the long wait. Someone needs to notify upper management and/or corporate of hos terribly this place is ran! Bathrooms are so dirty, I didnt use them! If I could give less than a one star, I would!! read more

This is the only Chuck E Cheese in our area unfortunately. We deal with the food crusted booths, lack of service and machines not giving proper tickets. The employees are lops that hate their job. Came today as is was very hot out. Saw this sign on top of the card loading kiosk. I went up to the the register to inquire and purchase the VIP pass. This place is very under staffed ! I blame management ... I cam in ordered the salad bar and knowing it wasn't set up the cashier told me 30 mins . No problem , played games with my children after 40 mins the salad bar was barley set up the poor girl had to go be chukee cheese the mouse then after 15 mins came back and started working on the salad bar . In the mean time my children have already eaten and I have waited an hour for a salad . Got there, paid $84 for 2 pizzas and nearly 300 coins. After waiting for 5 minutes we asked if one of the dozen or so unbussed tables could be cleaned, as we had no place to sit. 15 minutes later we just cleaned the least dirty ourselves. Pizza came shortly after. 2 1 topping pepperoni pizzas, nothing to write home about but actually not too bad. Now, I should point out, this was a Saturday night (which is busy), which would explain it being busy. However, it leaves why they only had 3 employees sharing multiple duties a larger question. After my kids had to fight with various unscrupulous kids (and, I am not kidding, adults) that were trying to steal their coins and tickets we decided to redeem the tickets they won. Out of 4 machines (Saturday night, remember) 2 were turned on. Out of 2 machines, 1 worked 50% of the time, the other 10%. The line resembled a Russian bread line (dirty shoeless people waiting for salvation from the suffering). A teenager would come over occasionally to get the machines working again only for them to break down a minute later. I am not exaggerating.. a minute or less later it would break. After 2 hours, no, sorry.. I time it. 1 hour and 44 minutes of waiting to redeem the tickets for a slip my children finally got the standard bits of plastic that cost all of the tickets. So, I recommend going to Boomers! and a real Pizza place, or driving to John's Incredible out in Monterey, or seriously buying a Digornio and watching Sponge Bob while writing "TiKeT" over and over on scraps of paper. Don't do it, your kids don't know any better. Find a better way to entertain them. Plus, like I said, your kid may be threatened and stolen from. read more

I visit this place at least 2 or 3 times a month never had an issue with customer service or anything. But yesterday when I visited it was one of the worst experience ever had to wait more than usual for a pizza or to even order a pizza. I had to go about 3 times to ask for someone to put tickets in a machine after putting tickets in the machine the machine didn't even give me the proper tickets. I think they should hire more people because service yesterday was really low compared to other times. We went to this Chuck E. Cheese yesterday and it was a big disappointment!!! Some games did not work at all and some did not give any tickets. It's a rip-off when they don't give tickets. The ice cream vending machine was broken just like the last time we were there and the taller/older man behind the counter was just plain rude when getting our prizes. He looked sooo pissed off and just sooo over his job. Several times we asked for a certain item and he just quickly snapped at my niece "We are out!!!" Not going back for awhile. So this really hurts me to put this on Yelp because I used to be an employee here back in 2007. This was my first job and this place used to be such a blast!! Now that I have a little one. I took him out to have fun for the end of the week. Ok so let me get to the point here! This place was fucking freezing cold! All the employees are in sweaters you can't even see their uniforms all the guests here are in sweaters and beanies the kids noes are pink! Like i get it's winter right now! But I don't need to be at a restaurant freezing my ass off or my kid shouldn't have a pink nose. Ok sooo got a Medium pizza half pepperoni half cheese two drinks for $21.99 and a salad bar plate and I don't know the price for the salad plate an 40 minutes worth of tokens on my sons token band the tokens came to $14. My grand total for everything was $49 and some change I find that a little ridiculous to be spending that here at Chucky cheese, I would expected To pay that at Dave and busters or something and I would actually enjoy myself. Sadly the employees have no personalities are very rude I got my pizza come to find out that it was stuffed crust was not happy about that I spoke to the manager and I asked if they only serve stuffed crust and she said yes that's all we serve I wasn't gonna fight it so I just excepted the pizza so make a long story short sadly very disappointed in Chuck E. Our food was delayed by more than an hour. Apparently, they had forgotten our order and we had to ask what had happened. They hadn't even put our food in the oven when we asked. Also, the cashier was very dismissive and rude when we asked what had happened. He basically told us to go away. I love that I can take my nephew here and not only he is safe, but we have a good time. The manager is very helpful and cordial, so are some of the employees. The games are fun, the pizza seems to be a hit. I recommend it to spend some time with your little one. I take my nephew and we have a blast. read more
