I love that I can take my nephew here and not only he is safe, but we have a good time. The manager is very helpful and cordial, so are some of the employees. Visited recently for a family members birthday. This place is way too loud!!! I get, it's a party BUT they have the music on full blast the entire time!! You can't carry on a casual conversation because you find yourself shouting as if we're front row at a concert. The pizza was fine. The drink station was dirty and totally messy. Had some jalapeños from the salad bar which came with a nasty hair I. It! Of course I didn't notice the hair until I was pulling it out of my mouth.. We had the best birthday party ever for our son ! Angel was our hosts and he was absolutely amazing !!! The most energetic and very entertaining with the kids as well as the adults. They went above and beyond my expectations . I brought a in my own decorations and without even saying they where set up exactly how I imagined I wanted them ! The kids had the best time , we did the $25.99 per kid birthday package. The goodie bags are amazing and huge ! I will DEFIANTLY be coming back to celebrate birthdays . This place is a joke! I will never take my kids there nor will I recommend any of my friends again! I had my sons 2nd birthday party there it was a last minute I reserved it for 10 kids @ 14 something a kid ok so as walking in there were sooooo many kids a ppl the place was disgusting dirty so gross that was just walking in anyways as we got settled in I took my son to play a lot of games didn't work the others were so nasty I didn't even want him to play on them the soda station was not clean at all the floor was soaked with soda we stuck to the floor. The salad bar was also gross I can't even believe they charge what they do for that also we got a sandwich for like $10 it was so small like really I really wish I would of taken pictures of all of this oh so I had half of the kids cxl on me last min so we asked the girl if there was anything that they could do I said I know it's not your fault or problem but at least take off one kid if anything it would help me I was paying over $200 so the girl went to ask an she said nope can't do nothing like really a little customer service would be nice also they were picking up tables like rushing ppl out then we are trying to turn in tickets then the girl just walks away in the middle takes her time as they are trying to rush everyone else out I just will never take my children there an I have friends with 2 years olds also I will highly discourage them from having birthdays there! read more

If you want to give your kid the best birthday experience, go here and ask for Angel (the one with the mohawk) to be your party host. He did not disappoint. He made sure my birthday girl was happy,he made sure I didn't pay for guests that didn't come, and was very punctual, attentive, and such a nice, down to earth guy...Angel could have had 2 or 3 parties at the same time and you would have felt like your's was the most important. My daughter said "this was the best birthday I have ever had!" :) Staff is helpful and polite. I'm never disappointed when we go. Also, bring cash to tip your host/ess! This place lacks employees with hard work ethics that can multi-task. Went in tonight and never even had the chance to sit down, eat and play games with my boys. We came through the door and were told by the older man (Pat) working at the register to just let ourselves in after standing there for a couple of minutes. So we did, and then waited in line to order food for about 20 minutes. We were behind a lady using coupons on her phone. I don't mind waiting in line behind others using coupons, but the other customer shouldn't have to say she's sorry and almost done more than once to me. There was a younger girl there working (if that's what you call it) that would walk by and slowly act like she was doing something. Never once did she say, "Have you been helped?" Or "Are you ready to order?" The older man working never said anything either, or directed her to offer any assistance to us. The only person apologizing was the customer in front of us. We decide to leave and we started walking out when the young girl all of sudden came over and said we couldn't leave until we all had our stamped hands checked. I told her, "you never stamped them when we came in and we've been waiting for 20 minutes, so we're going somewhere else." She walked off. I wanted to surprise my baby girl with a fun time. She was so excited!! Right after arriving I went to use restroom, as did a few other ladies. No paper towels. I told the employee and he took towels in. Went back in a bit later and no towels as the dispensary was broken. Told him again. Then it was time to eat. Waited, waited, waited no employee at counter. So I thought I would start the buffet and pay in a bit. He can up and asked if I had paid for the plate. Told him what happened. He went to grab my plate, literally, and I said don't touch this. He went into a tirade about me disrespecting him. I suggested that maybe there should be more than 1employee on duty. Another tirade about labor laws.. huh?? A very nice older employee can up and heard the young man complaining. I told him what happened, I had planned on paying. I paid for my buffet lunch which consisted of a salad bar with only lettuce and pizza stuff. Well.... back into bathroom and STILL no paper towels.. At about 2 the salad bar now consisted of all the goodies for salads. I asked why it wasent part of the salad bar when I purchased and he said the good salad bar started at 2:30... My husband and I booked a party slot for our son's 4th Birthday at this location and worked with their party planner Kaitlyn who helped make the entire day perfect. She was very good with all the kids and even though she was bouncing back and fourth between our party and the party setup near ours, we didn't once feel neglected. She was there explaining each step as it was about to happen and she had sat down with us and explained all the current details and pricing so we would have a heads up, and asked if there was anything extra we wanted or needed before the party had begun. She clearly loves her job and has a lot of fun with it. Our son is very shy, but she was very good with him and by the end of the party he had given her a high five as a thank you for all she had done to help us make his party happen. If you are planning a birthday party at this location, ask for Kaitlyn to be your planner, she is the best! Drove about two hours today to take my Nieces and Nephew to chuck e cheese in Palm Desert. This was absolutely the last time I will be doing that. First of all I paid $37 for 1 extra large pizza with drinks. Of course they neglected the drinks to start with. So there is that so far. The employees were completely unwashed and unshaven looking as the mere prescience of some of the individuals you employ could warrant a visit from the health inspector. Next it took a little more than 45 minutes to receive the single extra large pizza I ordered. I could of literally called any pizza place in the nearest 3 cities and had it delivered faster and cheaper then it took to simply get one pizza in the establishment it was to be made. When we got the pizza my brother and I were astonished at the pathetic excuse of what I pray you do not call pizza was served to us. when we ordered we upgraded for 3 dollars. a special you offered I guess. instead of ten slices we were to get 16. well guess what we got. we instead got 16 half slices with almost no sauce cheese or topping. we than out of shock looked around and noticed every pizza was the same size as ours which by the law of probability is simply not possible. surely some one ordered a large or even a medium. but i did notice one thing very telling. The slices were much much bigger on the other pizzas. So what does this mean? Well you sold me a normal damn pizza sliced it double and thought I would be too stupid to realize that I was being shammed, or to worn out to even bother. Well honestly I am pissed and I feel ripped off. after spending well over a hundred dollars I expect to at least have one decent pizza severed in a reasonable time by some one who doesn't look like and smell like they just rolled out bed and didn't bother to wash. First visit to this location and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was so friendly and attentive. This place was nIce, cool and clean. My Grand daughter had a wonderful time. Pizza was tasty. My only complaint would be that salad bar was only lettuce. No other toppings. read more

If I could I would probably leave 0 stars. I made a reservation for my two daughters birthday party at 6:30 yesterday. I called at 5:45 to see when I could show up to start setting up they told me 615. I also called to confirm the reservation. Upon showing up at 6:18 nothing was set up and the server was nowhere to be found. The bathrooms were being closed off with no explanation. I reach the lead server on shift and asked where we were to sit since all the tables had been reserved under another name. He explained that they haven't changed the signs yet. It is now 6:30. At 6:45 our server shows up and goes over the party details with me. She tells me that they set up for the wrong package being the star package. Which is the basic one that I was paying for. We played for about 30 mins than was told they were closing early. My birthday girl had to use the restroom and we had to go next door. We were than locked out for about 5 mins. I had to call someone in my party to tell staff to open the door. We were rushed through the cake and presents. We never got the ice cream until it was time to leave. We were charged for the ticket blaster and for food that I did not order! I am very disappointed. Upon getting the bill they offered a $2.00 off coupon and a measly 15% what is that the tax. I will not return. My guest were so upset leaving early when I paid for a table for 2 hours!!!!! read more

All 4 starts go for this one employee name Ashley if I'm not wrong, she was super nice with all 3 of my kids on Wednesday night when my daughter decided that she wanted to go to this place for her Birthday. Personally if it wasn't for a good employees like Ashley I could of give this place a 2 star. I find the place dirty and the food not that great, I notice that the fountain machine had some sort of mold where the ice comes out if you pay attention you'll notice, all the parmesan cheese and pepper bottles looked very dirty. Although it was late and almost closing time, I do understand that things were empty and was messy but the dirtiness had no excuse, there was enough employees to go and check and give that food area some cleaning! read more

We had our son's 5th birthday party in May and it was a smash hit! The food was good and the kids were entertained the whole time. Our party host ANGEL was AWESOME and once again made the party special because of his genuine interest in making it fun for everyone! Angel knows how to get the guests involved and has a GREAT connection with everyone! We look forward to having our daughters 5th party in two years and hope Angel will once again be our host! The entire staff is incredible and its so nice to relax and let the kids play without any worries. All of our guests had a great time and we would highly recommend it to any parent planning a party! Had my daughters 6th birthday party here. We typically have parties at home but due to some issues with not having time to plan we decided to venture out. My wife let my daughter pick and I have to say I was not excited by her choice. I had not been to a chuck e cheese for 20 years though my wife has taken the kids quite a few times. I thought it would be overpriced and kids would get bored quickly. Well I was wrong on both accounts. They worked with us and gave us discounts and bonuses and it turned out to be a lot of fun for everyone. Our party planner "Angel" - that was his name, was awesome with the kids and really got them involved. The manager, Jim, was super friendly and accommodating as well. We had one small issue and it was resolved happily in seconds. Kids enjoyed the food and games and got so many prizes from their tickets that it was crazy. Was a great experience for kids, and ended up costing us quite a bit less than website estimate said it would, after discounts they gave us. I think we will be doing another birthday party here. Was well worth it and fun and easy. Again, can't say enough good about the staff that helped us out. Thank you!!! read more
