Spent some time with three of our grandkids the other day (9, 7 and 2 yrs old). We purchased (2) $25 game cards. Each card had 45 mins on it which was plenty of playing time. The cards collect your tickets on them so it was nice not to have to keep up with paper tickets. Once the cards run out of time the kids can take them to the front and cash their tickets in for trinkets. In addition, we purchased (3) trampoline wristbands at $10 ea. If you purchase a trampoline wristband, it is good for the entire time you are there. You do have to get an attendant to open the trampoline. The lady that was working the front desk and food area was Chloe and she was awesome. She was so patient with the kids when they were trying to decide what trinkets they wanted. Obviously a child focused venue and very casual. After some games and jumping we ordered a #1 pizza and drink order. The total cost was around $120. read more

I placed an order on 1/20/2024 via the yelp app for the Rocky Mount location bc I was in that area. My told came up to $26.67 for an X-Large pizza. I entered my name phone number and email address. Submitted my order just to arrive and they tell me that they don't have any orders from me. The lady stated that maybe it hadn't been sent over yet. 30 mins later still no order. I told that lady that I wanted to just cancel the order bc I lived an hour away and I can't keep waiting hoping they receive the online order. Now we are trying to cancel the order on the yelp app. Nowhere in site did it give me an option to cancel. One of the workers called yelp customer service. Again she's telling me she doesn't see ANYTHING with my name, number or email. We sat on the phone 15 minutes to still be in the same place 30 mins ago. Well the lady pretty much told me to call chucke cheese guest relations. So what do I do. Right called chuckee cheese guest relations to get the same thing told to me that was told to me an hour ago. One top of this the $26.67 was taking out of my account! It's now Tuesday 1/23/24 and I still have no pizza nor my money refunded back to me or even a credit from Yelp or chuckee cheese. But the yelp app shows that I placed an order for a pizza at the chuckee cheese in Rocky Mount, Nc. I've never place another order using yelp or to that Rocky Mount location. And the only reason I rated it with one star is bc iI had to put something to submit my review! read more

My husband and I decided to have our daughters 4th bday party here. It was fast and easy to call the party line and find out what locations were available for my time frame. I chose the Rocky Mount location because it was the closest to Gaston, NC. Luckily they had space, I called on a Tuesday and the party was on that Saturday. The package I chose included 1 xlarge pizza, space for 20 adults and 10 kids, souvenir cups for the kids, 30 tokens per kids, birthday announcement, a light up crown and bracelet, and a chance in the ticket blaster! Ok so, my husband and I arrived about 45 minutes early only to be sure everything was in order. This was only 30 minutes before the time, I was told to be there. So it gets closer to about 15 minutes until my daughters party was supposed to start. There had been no preparations for my daughters party! 1. The party before us was all over the place 2. Two of the booths reserved for my party were still occupied by a previous party. 3. The staff told me I could use other tables, and pointed in the direction of the tables. These tables had been used, juice everywhere, pizza all over the floor, napkin holders empty or over flowing and sitting in the chairs. I had to ask for someone to fix this. 4. My daughters name was not on the sign to show it was her party. 5. The souvenir cups were not pre washed nor put together before the party, random staff sat at booths putting them together, straight from the plastic laying straws on the tables, it was a mess. 6. The party host could not keep up with the number of kids arriving. 7. Lastly, they were running a promotion for 2,000 free tickets with the birthday package, when I arrived I made sure this would be included in the package. When it was time for my child to turn in her tickets and claim the prizes they tried to tell me that the 2,000 free tickets were what her and her dad caught in the ticket blaster, bullish! After showing them the confirmation order and speaking with the manager 3 times, my baby finally got her tickets. At the end of this 2.5 hours spent at here, I was tired, frustrated and disappointed with the establishment. They really need to improve on time management, party prep and knowing what comes in the packages. Will not be doing this place again for a party! read more

This place is actually really nice. Friendly staff and good pizza. A little pricey but the fun time I had with my son is all worth it. I would give 5 stars but there were three machines that were not working ...but working well enough to at least take money from me. No big deal tho because it's only like 20 cent a piece I think. My son and I left with big smiles! read more

There isn't many of these anymore unfortunately so when I found this one I was so happy . Very nice place to hang out with . Everyone was very nice and helpful ! Clean environment . We will be back to bring our son he had so much fun there. read more

i've had my birthdays here when i was little and i had so much fun , my little sister and brother had their parties there and they had fun , sometimes me , my little sister and brother and our dad went there and we had the time of our lives , now they are going to close all those little kids won't be able to have fun there anymore because they are closing read more

I really enjoyed taking my two girls to Chuck-E-Cheese but my only issue is that every time I go there the place seems as if it hasn't been cleaned lately. For instance, the bathrooms are always nasty and smell of urine and the tables are dirty. I have to pre wipe my tables with my own wipes that I bring before I dine, because they are so dirty. I feel like an establishment that caters to children should be much more cleaner. My children enjoy the games and prizes but my biggest issue is to cleanliness. I have had two birthday parties at this particular Chuck-E-Cheeses and I would like to continue to have future parties there but the cleanliness must be addressed especially in core places. As far as the party portion I was happy but I feel like it lack organization. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my daughter's 4th birthday party, I checked in and was introduce to my hostess she was really nice and she basically gave me a timeline of how things would run during the two hours. But I found that doing the time I would have remind her of the schedule. I was basically asking, isn't this supposed to start? Or isn't that supposed to start? She then changed saying you just tell me when you're ready. So I would tell her, Im ready to eat, etc. And still would have to wait. I was a little confused by that I didn't want to go over my time and risk being charged for it so I feel like I shouldn't have to keep reminding you when things are supposed to start, when initially you told me that you will be the director for the party. That portion was confusing but overall my daughter did enjoy her birthday party and seeing Chuck-E-Cheese which is her favorite. read more
