Worst establishment I've been to in years. Celebrated my son's 1st birthday here ,staff was unorganized. Wasted the first 20 minutes waiting on a party host to explain the details of our party when we're only given 2 hours of "play time" . Bathrooms were clean but no soap or paper towels. Manger wasn't helpful with the issues that we need taken care of during the party. He came out probably about 10 minutes after our party was almost over. There are better games than Eastgate which is nice however, we were pretty much bombarded by other kids trying to use our play card! .. also we're trying to run my daughter off the games.. ended with a lady who claimed she worked at a daycare trying to start a fight with me over the trampoline area! .. we won't be back LOL. read more

I feel bad about giving this place a single star, as I wish I could give this place zero stars. It's the absolute worst run, dirtiest place I've been to in years. $90 for a medium pizza that's closer to a small, and two personal pizzas that were the size of a cake plate. And only got the food 105 minutes after ordering it, having to ask twice where it was at and both times being told they forgot to put it in. Though the staff did notice us enough to kick us out of the unmarked seating area for some birthday party that never came. Boring AF too, as they had no animatronics, no climbing areas, and a handful of janky arcade games, many of which don't work. Never coming back. No one should. read more

TOWARDS THE MIDDLE OF THE PARTY I ORDER BONELESS wings for me and my kids till the pizza was ready .... 17.99$ boneless wings okay fine they can't control the prices ... i finally get a ring on the buzzer 40 minutes later ... okay maybe they are just busy right .... i see my food once it's ready i was given 6 boneless wings... whatever right ....i go to break off pieces for my kids to eat and i see this nasty black and pink inside the wings . i took it to the front where i ordered them and informed and showed the cashier the food . they gave attitude when i asked for a refund or even if i could get something else on the menu same price anyways she proceeded to ask who rang me out i had my 1 and 2 year old with me while ordering i wasn't really paying attention so then they get mad that i didn't know who rang me up , they proceed to ask for the buzzer number which was 10 then one of the staff members (PARTY HOST !) who was just hovering around her said under her breath " ITS ALWAYS THE WHITE PEOPLE "!!!!!! It's all about the kids. If you are an adult, and have any semblance of a personality, you probably abhor the thought of going into a Chuck E. Cheese. I know I did. That was, until, I had a child. My 3-year old daughter absolutely loves this joint. As a divorced father, I do whatever I can to make her as happy as I can in the limited time that i have to spend with her. So, I've entered "the cheeser" on more than one occasion since my divorce. Here's what you need to know to make your time bearable. 1. Remember, it's about the kids. Not you. If you are an adult, you are in Chuck E. Cheese, and you have no attachment to a child, then you are either A) lost or B) a pervert or C) well, I won't go there as this is a family review. 2. Stay away from the token machine. It only dispenses tokens in increments of $5, $10 and $20. You can go to the counter where you redeem tickets for prizes and they will change lower amounts for you. Better on the adult's pocketbook. Trust me. 3. Be a kid yourself. Lighten up and every now and then jump in on some skee-ball why don't you? 4. God help you if you eat the food. The basic food group at this place is pizza. I have made the deadly decision to eat it once. Just once. Worst food I've ever eaten, bar none. Grab bites somewhere else, then hit "the cheeser" for the games. 5. Rainy Days. Best time to take your kids is when it is raining outside. You can't look out the window and think about all the stuff your missing. Plus, when the kiddos can't run energy out of themselves outside, they can inside. Finally, the thing that I do appreciate about this place is they are great with the security. Everytime I have been, they make it a point of stamping matching stamps on my hand and my daughter's (they are uniquely numbered). Then everytime I've ever left, my daughter and I have been checked. Went here today with my visiting nephews aged 2.5 years old and 10 months. They enjoyed playing the games and my youngest nephew riding on all the little kid rides like the teletubbies ride and the hot cocoa ride. While there we also decided to order a pizza and while it is not the best I have had, it is not the worst. Sure it needed seasoning, but when the target market is kids things need to be tamed. : It would be better with more games for the kids. When we went this location was so busy that we had to wait in line for a table. It was about a 10 min wait for a table. They still had plenty of parking. I was surprised how busy they were. If the lot had been full it would have been too crowded to move. While walking around with our kids somebody put a several dirty and empty pizza trays on our table. I don't know if it was the table next to us or somebody who worked their, but they were never taken away. They were empty, so even if it had been another patron, I would think a staff member would clear them away at some point. Several games were broken. Prizes take a lot of tickets to win. The prizes could be purchased for much less than what was spent on tokens. I guess, we were paying for the experience. The kids only won 1-3 ticket per token. My kids both enjoyed the games. They loved it. They talked for days about going back. If they were to write this review I am sure they would give it 5 stars. If you go online you can print coupons. We came for a birthday party and it was fun. Complaints ate half of the games did not spit tickets and some were not working, they would take the points off the card but would not function. Music is way too loud by eating. But having 20 or more kids running around, what do you expect. read more

We did the mega birthday package. It took them 25 minutes after we got thereto get us the play cards. Do you know how miserable a group of four year olds can make you when they can see games but can't play them? This is only an hour of play time before the food comes so the kids lost half their play time and the adults had 25 minutes of crying kids. The package was supposed to include ice cream, gift bags, and a t-shirt for the birthday child. We were told they don't do that at this location . What I booked online just 3 weeks ago. I had a receipt I showed them. They just said they don't offer those at this location. Then give me my money back. All around horrible birthday party. read more

Save your time and money. Worst place. Reaks of weed. The server is friendly but they are not prepared to have any parties here. They over book. Had to get here 15 mins early before our booked time at 3 and didn't even get seated till 15 after. We can't order an extra pizza because they are over load and will take 40 mins to get one pizza. I just left this facility and was extremely disappointed. I brought my grandson here and most of the rides for toddlers didn't have proper seat belts. You couldn't adjust the belt on them at all. The carpets are soiled and very dirty. All the rides and games look like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Will not be going back! read more

Went last night with my almost 2 year old. It was an interesting experience as we'd never been before. To say she had a great time would be an understatement. She was so thrilled with the place. The staff that I talked to was very nice and accommodating. They had a great system of using UV hand stamps in order to make sure that no one leaves with someone elses child as well. However a small child wandered up to my wife crying because they lost their mother and none of the staff seemed to have any clue what to do when she brought the child to them. She had to hunt down the kids mother herself. Food wise the pizza was pretty good and the rides/games do seem to be pretty reasonable at only a token a piece and tokens being pretty inexpensive (we did 30 tokens for $10) read more

Very poor experience. The machines don't give you the tickets that you used to get. A few games were not even working properly. We waited about 10 minutes at the ticket counter to trade in and no one came to help us. Will not even consider bringing the kids back for a long time. read more
