Despite having a scheduled, prepaid reservation, our pool tables were not available because none were set aside. The manager's response was to "email and hope" for a refund. That is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of accountability. Main Event took our money knowing they could not honor reservations. This place should not be selling prepaid schedules it cannot manage. Do not waste your time or money.

They also have a selection of DVDs and games for various consoles to shop through, as well as some pop culture toys. It's a great store that I wish was closer to my home so I could frequent it more often. The staff are kind and helpful and it's obvious that they have a lot of regulars which means they should be around for a long, long time. We'll be back next time we're in Cincy!
