Meanwhile, we were literally looking past them into the VR room where a family of FIVE was currently playing with headsets on. When I pointed this out, the young girl claiming to be the manager just kept repeating "you're canceled" with no explanation. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly disgusting to lie to a customer in front of their family. My grandson went from being incredibly excited to completely crushed. The people next to us were playing 2 or 3 balls for each one we were getting out the machine. After an hour I went inside to complain, and they sent out a maintenance man right away. He said that the lid was loose and reset the lid. The machine worked perfect after that. He gets a gold star and the waitress gets a frown from me. Issue 2 - We booked the bay from 9:00 to 11:00. They did not open the doors until exactly 9 which I understand. After we were playing, I realized that they shorted us 2 minutes on our time. I took a picture and I agree that 2 minutes is not a huge deal, but when you open your doors at 9:00 my time in the bay should have went to 11:00 for the full 2 hours.
