I took my granddaughter last week Friday for her to enjoy with her friends since the school had an activity we got there the place was not packed clean. The cashier took our order and suggested a package that fits better our needs. We ate I had a few beers of the pizza was great overall we had a great experience the staff was nice and the location was clean. Even the bathrooms were pretty clean so props to the store. This is a great place to go on a rainy day. We visited last week, on a holiday. It was not too crowded. We were able to play all of the games that we wished to play. I used to go to the Pembroke Pines location when my teenager was young. It was not a positive experience. We now have another younger child and we visit the one in Sunrise quite often. The staff gets the job done and the facility is clean. I never thought I'd say this, but I am impressed and will return. All of the games except for one we're working. We bought the wristband, which makes it easy for our child to play the games repeatedly and not have to put down or possibly lose his game card. At the end of your time there, you can redeem points for a prize. We got a nice plastic slinky. read more

This location is a standalone building with a decent amount of parking. We waited about 10 minutes at the counter to order because there was only one person working the prize redemption area and taking food orders. The location is understaffed. The pizza was greasy- nothing like I remember when I used to take my daughter. The wings were ok, but $17 for about 7 small pieces is not worth it. All the games were working which is a plus, but several tables were dirty and no one seemed to be assigned to clean up the area. Don't forget to check online for the coupons if you go. read more

Came in randomly on a Monday evening, around 6:30pm. Had a coupon to use and decided to bring in my two younger kids. Immediately, noticed how there was food on the carpet, and staff walking right past it without cleaning it up. There was a good amount of kids at this time. The line had about 3-4 families and only one staff member at the register. I can definitely say this location was understaffed that evening. Had to wait for assistance for 2-3 machines, that took the points but didn't actually work. The place wasn't very clean and the bathrooms as well. There was a good amount of games NOT working and 2 ticket counters were functioning. Saw about 3 employees walking around. One at the register, one running food and trying to assist with the games and another one at the entryway with the stamp. The pizza I order came out very quickly. Super hot! We went for a friends birthday and I was pleasantly surprised! It was very clean and games seemed very new. My son had a great time playing with friends. I really liked that it wasn't very big so I could see him from all areas. I didn't have any food but the others we were with seemed to enjoy their food. This location is sooo small compared to the other locations. It's clean and well taken care of but the game selection is much smaller than other locations I've been at. Other than being in this area and stopping by only for convenience I probably wouldn't come back here again just based on the size of it. Incredibly rude. I called in an order, which they said would be ready in 15-20 minutes. When I got there, they said a few more minutes. I went to get my granddaughter out of the hot car, came back, and waited for service. After 5 more minutes, it was clear they had not started my order. My son has been begging for us to go to tha location since we moved. There is ample parking and the staff are very friendly. However we choose the wrong day to go we went on a Saturday evening and the place was PACKED. It took us a while to find a booth to sit and to get our food from the restaurant. 123 st suite 201 When I tell you this is the worst experience I've ever had I'm not lying. So I purchased a 45 min time card large pizza and 4 sodas at 6:45-6:50. At 7:15 my card was reading no more time left. That didn't make sense to me since I should of had about 20 mins left. So I ask the cashier and she says she's gonna ask the manager. She comes back and says the card is reading correctly the computer doesn't lie she stated her manager told her that the card was purchased at 6:00pm. So of course I'm thinking so I'm lying then?! I go back to my table and grab my receipt and show the cashier look I bought my pizza card and sodas at 6:46 how did The time start on my card start at 6pm if I wasn't even here? I requested to speak with the manger and the cashier tells me he's not coming because he's busy. So I continue to talk to the cashier explaining to her that there no way my card is done by now. She tells me oh you must of lost your card because this card is done. Of course now I'm upset I'm getting no where the cashier is being extremely rude and the manaher refuses to come out. After arguing for 15 the manager finally comes out due to me holding up the line. The manager is rolling his eyes signing loudly and being rude then says fine here's 45 points are you happy. I told him no I am not happy look how your treating me. This man says the credits are on your card and walks away. I was so embarrassed by how I was being treated. You should really rewind your camera because your "door girl" was not watching the door and kids were leaving without ember even checking if that was even there family leaving. Worst place ever! This is the third time I have been to this location. The first 2 times the cashier was rude and looked aggravated. This time we went there the cashier didn't know how to redeem the summer savings pass and the AC was put can you believe in the south Florida 90 degree weather the AC was out and they still stayed open. Well, to start off, the kids love this place. The staff is very friendly & helpful. There's usually a person on the floor to help with game issues (no tickets, games not working etc). The pizza & salad bar are good. The cheese bread is awesome but so greasy... But good!!! The place is separated into 2 parts, one side for older kids & the other for smaller kids. Tables & game area are usually clean. If you know or see that a camp or school is here, try to come back another time.... The noise level & chaos is a bit much to handle. My only two major issues with this place, number one, the smell.... Sadly it has a very funky smell. Kinda like feet in some areas, & urine in others. The other issue is the bathrooms. They are pretty messy could use some attention. Other than that, it's a good place to kill an hour or so with the kids. read more

Overall it was decent. The kids had fun and the pizza was okay. There were several broken machines and there was no ice for the drinks. We spent $65 for 45 minutes and I would have rather spent the money at the science museum or somewhere where we could have spent the day. We had never eaten at this place but had always heard it was a fun, kid friendly place. We walked in only to observe a disorganized, unruly zoo. I told the the receptionist (?) who stamped our arms (?) that this was our first time there and asked where we should go to sit, etc etc. She replied, " I don't know anything." This is by far the worst Chuck e Cheese ever. My childrens safety was compromised, nobody was by the door at any time except when someone came in. The only people playing the games there were adults. Witnessed a child climbing and falling off equipment multiple times with no adult in sight, employees watched and said absolutely nothing. Most of the machines were out of tickets and when we turned in tickets the machines were not working correctly. When I attempted to address it with an employee, their response was sorry the machine is way older than me. I have 5 children and will never ever visit that location again. read more
