My Funplex experience was AMAZING! A friend saw a post online about an After Dark event so we…read morebooked it. The After Dark hours were from 9PM-1AM for a 21 and over crowd. When we arrived, everything was up and running as if it were daytime. All the games, rides and attractions were in service. I rode Go Karts for the first time in yearrrs and I actually came in first place. Me! That was dope. The BIG FUN though was all the water rides. Lazy River, pool tubing and the main pool were all open and full of people ready for a great time. We were treated to a DJ who understood the crowd assignment and shoutout to the most wonderful staff. All employees on this night were in a great mood and they gave party vibes too. The promoters didn't over sell this event, so crowds and lines weren't a problem at all. I had such a blast that I wasn't even mad about getting my phone wet. I'm looking forward to going back to The Funplex for another After Dark night out. I thought they were gonna shortchange us but that didn't happen. We were given the whole experience. Good stuff!

We got wristbands and although it was rainy on and off they were able to keep operating since there wasn't a danger such as thunder or lightning. Lines weren't long because of the weather. They provide life jackets. They have many lifeguards. There is a picnic area for the public but a separate one for birthday parties. Pizza and wings weee good. Had lots of refreshment options and also adult beverages you could purchase. The people working the birthday side were upbeat and friendly.

BEST part : LOTS OF TREES for SHADE !!…read more Well worth the money ($43 includes taxes and fees, online purchase). The park is clean, very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Staff are very nice and friendly. There are lots of trees providing shade so it has a magical garden vibe. You don't get the sense of it being an overly commercialized amusement park at all. All the rides are geared towards younger kids like 2-8 yrs old. It is not crowded on weekday and there were no lines for rides. I would gladly pay for these types of parks over spending hours in line at crowded Disney parks any day. It's small and compact so it's an easy walk for kiddos and grandparents, yet large enough that there are enough rides and attractions to spend a whole day. Outside food and drinks are allowed, plenty of covered seating areas. I was surprised to see peacocks, pheasants(in aviary) and rabbits (in the straw 3 Little Pigs house). Bathrooms are clean. There is a splash pad area, bring water play clothes for the kids if you want. Food is reasonably priced. Keep up the great work ! Love this spot PS: Some minor things that could make the experience better : Some of the dolls, statues and animatronics are creepy looking. Lol. I hope they consider repainting the expressions or replacing : Mother Goose's eyes Goldilocks Snow White 100 dolls at the gift shop looks haunted lol Little Red Riding Hood

Great little place, especially for the younger ones. Should've hit Wawa up for hoagies before hand…read more Food in the Depot is slow, cold and dry.

A lot of the rides were out of service since the kids are already heading back to school, but thankfully, we were given tickets to come back for free through the end of the year! We really appreciated that. Even with some rides closed, there was still plenty to do, see, and eat, so we were still able to have a great time. I think our kiddo's favorite part was definitely the Daniel Tiger Meet & Greet! Her excitement made the whole day worth it! We'll definitely be back to enjoy more rides and make more memories!

This is one park that was great for little kids (infants to about elementary school age) but lately…read morethis place is slipping. We are season pass holders and with every one good visit there are about three not fun visits here. Why? During peak season this place is severely understaffed. There is a double water slide and I've only known one side to be open, cause there is not enough staff on peak days. Rides here are frequently breaking down, but you'll still have to wait in line for hours because they don't let people know. We've waited up to an hour for food because teenage staff was too busy talking in the kitchen and had no food up in the line at the cafeteria during lunch. There were also no stocked utensils and it took forever to get them. The dole whip stand doesn't open on its scheduled hours because they're running behind and when they make cones they are runny messes. It's literally like everybody's first day all the time. The park tends to close a lot without notice in any season. Nothing on Facebook, no signs at the park. We have driven here twice in winter for holiday events that were cancelled but no notice was given. Just a line of confused ticket holders outside. And getting tickets, reimbursed, or tickets for another day was nearly impossible that we should've been my first tip off, but we still went ahead with getting season passes. There is also a safety issue here with the broken board at the waterpark and the Stafford just put up a chair to block the entrance however, there is no signs that was closed so of course kids pushed it out of the way and kept going into the unsafe area. So in my few visits here this summer I have managed to get on only a few rides due to confusion and closures. I would never do a season pass here, it's almost worth it to get individual tickets because obviously something will go wrong and at least you'll get a refund or a ticket for another day. Season pass holders get screwed.
