The first time I called them, he did help me. Got here In a timely manner and fixed quickly. I have since called two more times for help and didn't get any help. The 2nd time I didn't get called until 8pm at night, said he ran behind on other jobs and straight up told me he didn't feel like coming out that late. I had already gotten someone to come look at it by then. It was winter, I couldn't keep waiting. I called again when my heat pump quit working mid Oct. Was told he'd call me. A couple days go by so I call back and was then told he was out of town but would be back the next day. So, I waited the extra day and again nothing. So, I went with a different company thank God and they fixed my heat within an hour. Still have not ever gotten a call back. Not a way to run a business at all. I'll never call them again. I told them I have 5 people in my home 2 being disabled and 1 being pregnant and never got a call. Ive been told by others too theyve had sinilar issues when calling this company. read more
