The shop's in a bustling shopping center with several other stores. This means that on peak days, finding a parking spot close by can be a bit of a hunt.I have been to this store several times and have had this happen to me. I had to park a bit away. This time we went to get a ham for a Christmas dinner. What really stood out for me was the staff. They were absolutely wonderful. The two ladies behind the counter helped us navigate the options, explaining the differences between bone-in hams, pre-sliced ones, and various sizes (all pre-cooked, of course). We ended up with a fairly large one that rang up over $100, but man, it was worth it. When we got it to the party, we did not have to spend hours cooking. It was super easy to heat up following their instructions, and it was downright delicious--juicy, flavorful, that signature sweet glaze... perfection. A delicious, melt in your mouth ham for triple the price of a boxed Store ham. Not this time. My ham was not good. I paid $100 for a 9-lb ham and it seemed as if it was old. I remember when the line would be wrapped around the building and the staff would offer us steaming hot coffee or hot chocolate. Now, it seems the majority pay in advance online. After you pay online, visit the store during your assigned time slot to retrieve items. There may be a short line but it moves quickly. Have your QR code ready when you get to the front of the line.
