Matter of fact if you ask for a certain I'd bet they either have it already or will cut it to your specifications. I drive around 30 minutes each way and it's more than worth it. Prices are right! Service is fantastic. Meats are vacuum sealed for freshness. So don't be afraid to put them in the freezer. It would probably take a long while before freezer burn sets in. What is funny is that we've been to places like Costco and Giant and Food Lion, and a host of others and nothing compares to the quality of meats we purchase at Chuck's. In that sense it reminds me of Czuchraj meats in the West Side Market of Cleveland, which is my fave Jerky in the world. Or one that I tried at Brewfest in Buffalo which was amazing. This jerky is more bland and less good than the aforementioned, and since the service of my jerky wasn't too friendly (surprisingly), I'll stick with 4. The eggs I bought a couple of weeks ago worked really well so I made my way back to the market to purchase another dozen for the upcoming week. The gent who helped me was really nice. He made sure the eggs were to my liking by opening the container and letting me look at them, like I would in the grocery store and also provided me his card. He took the time to tell me that they also offer a selection of meats as well that you can order online from their website. As long as I can keep getting eggs at the market, they may be my regular option for eggs going forward.
