He said we are looking at $50 for the part plus the $50 cash we gave him to walk in the door, so $100 total job. We waited eight days, didn't hear a word. I googled the part/model # and was told by two different supply companies that the part sells for $160. We finally called Chuck and he told us the price is $160 for the part. They are complete idiots there and have stupid flunkies working there. I could have fixed the washer myself in less time. Do not go there, you will regret it!!!!!!!!
