I contacted High Tech as my GE Profile frig water dispenser was leaking after dispensing water. I tried to replace the water valve on my own bot ran into an issue with the plastic tubing cracking and breaking off. Paul scheduled an appointment for the next day and showed up promptly. Very unreliable and unprofessional with their commitments. We had an appointment for fixing the tenant refrigerator between 12:00 and 2:00pm so the tenant took the day off mainly for that reason. I received a call from High Tech on the day of the repair at 11:55 am (five minutes before the appointment) and was told that the technician will not be able to come to the appointment. I understand that the assigned technician for the job might have a reasonable reason not to show up for work but what I don't understand is why they call me 5 minutes before the appointment and why another technician could not be sent to fix the refrigerator. What would I say to the tenant who took the day off just for this purpose. read more

I was able to complete scheduling over Yelp messenger (very convenient). The repair tech showed up on time in the first half of the window which I appreciated and got right into it.
