Service was a 10/10 and definitely worth going for if only to support the terrific staff. The decor of this course is fantastic--changing colored lights, pirate and ocean-themed obstacles, and decorative wall art make this blacklight golf very aesthetically pleasing. On top of that, the staff keeps things well-maintained and very clean. And the extra glow stickers on the putters were a fun touch I haven't ever seen at a blacklight mini golf course before. The course itself was decent--a lot of the hole designs felt very similar, but I understand that indoor courses are constrained to limited space, so you're trying to squish things together, and a lack of elevation and outdoor elements. I'd give the course 5/5 stars for decorations and 3/5 stars for course layout.

My daughter and 5 year old granddaughter drove down from Bangor, ME. My granddaughter so badly…read morewanted to go to Mini-Mel's so we checked the website to see if they are open yet for the season and it said they were open from 12-6PM. See photo of website that I checked today. I even had my wife call them to confirm because it is April 23rd and I wasn't sure if the season started yet. No one answers the phone. They just have a recording saying to check their website for days and hours. So we drove there. The ticket booth had a lighted sign that says, "Open" and listed their hours as Noon - 6PM Monday through Sunday starting April 19th but no one was there and many rides had tarps over them. We walked around looking for someone and finally found a person who worked there. They said they are only open on weekends. My wife explained that she called and no one answers the phone. The person said that we should have checked the website for their hours. She said, "We did and it says you are open." As does the lit up sign at the ticket booth! The person said, "Well all the rides are closed and covered with tarps." Anyway, my granddaughter started crying. She was so disappointed because we had told her all about the rides and bounce house and she had been so excited to go. We couldn't go back on the weekend because she was leaving to go back home to Maine on Friday. This place has gone downhill. This is the second time in the last year that it has been closed when it was supposed to be open and I will not subject my grand kids to this nonsense and disappointment, nor will I give my hard earned money to a company with such poor customer service. Save your money and go someplace where they will treat you right!

Whoever trains them does a terrific job, either that or they are just genuinely invested in the place. We visited on a Wednesday on one of the hottest days of the summer. You would think the staff would be salty and distracted. Everyone was extremely nice and through about the information they needed to convey. Be early to the zip line. Don't hold metal. Oh the slide is hot let me cool it down. Oh your sprayer is broken, jump in this boat. Without exception everyone went above and beyond. I managed to grab a few names. My family and I had a great time at Paradise Falls Mini Golf. We didn't even know there was a…read moreminigolf place here until we ate dinner at the restaurant next door (which is also very good). It's not as fancy or extravagant as the minigolf places in some more touristy-towns, but this is a very clean, very well-maintained course. The holes have some variation in style and challenges to overcome, but not insanely impossible like some other courses. All the holes were par 2 or 3 and very achievable, but not just a flat strip of green leading straight to the hole. I thought it was well designed and laid out. Minor point - the score cards do not have the par already printed on them, so we kept going to write down our score at the end of each hole and saying, "wait... was this a par 2 or a par 3?" Would be nice if they printed the par on the score card. I would just make a point to write it down on the card as you start each hole. The prices are very reasonable. $7.50 per person for the first round and $5.50 if you want to go again. I'm glad we found Paradise Falls Mini Golf, and I look forward to going back.
