Everything is made fresh to order, and the food came out piping hot and flavorful. I ordered the spring rolls and the tomyam with noodles and beef. The spring rolls were crispy and fresh, and the tomyam broth had the perfect balance of tangy, savory, and spicy flavors. Everything was so so hot but so so good. The total was around $22, which felt like a great value considering the portion size and quality. I actually had enough for both lunch and dinner and shared some with my husband when I got home. The owners running the food truck were very attentive and helpful. If you're in the area and craving delicious Thai food that's fresh, affordable, and made with care, I definitely recommend stopping by. I'll absolutely be coming back to try more items on the menu!
