We chose the Fried Pickles, the Mozzarella Sticks, and the Fries! I forget the name of the fries, sorry about that but they are smothered in Parmesan Cheese and they are to die for!!! After trying the fries I think I would go there just to get the fries!!! Everything was spot on this time and I do not normally give 5 Stars anymore but this was a great meal! The prices are not bad, the service was excellent! We did not have to ask for drink refills! They were there at the table at just the right time! Mood is always Sports Bar which is fine. We don't care as long as the food is good we will sit outside on the sidewalk! I suggest trying this restaurant! Get the fries and most definitely if you like Parmesan Garlic just some wings in that favor! You won't regret it! Or we have not!

We sat down with the menus and we were off looking at what to get. The server took about 4 minutes to get to the table for drinks and returned promptly. We put in the appetizer order for the chips and queso. Very good. This is though where things went off the rails. The server basically disappeared for about 15-20 minutes. We finally placed the dinner order. I got the chicken fingers and my wife got the salmon. The food was good. My fries were cold but they were still ok. Refills were taken by the manager and server brought them. I am starting to think something was said because our server was not nearly as cheerful as she was at the beginning. The place was clean as it always is. We go to this place often and this was probably the worst experience we had there. We will go back the food is really good and consistent.

I had the Bacon Jam Burger and my friend had the Smokehouse Burger. Both of us had a side of fries. The food came out in about 10 minutes, which wasn't bad. One of those starters that makes you pause and say, "this place is going to be good." For entrées, our table tried a little bit of everything: the filets, the crab cakes, and the Wagyu half‑pound hamburger. Every dish hit the mark. The filets were cooked with precision, the crab cakes were packed with clean, fresh flavor, and the Wagyu burger was rich, juicy, and deeply satisfying. You could tell the kitchen takes real pride in their craft. You can buy them a round of beers if you like the food. It's on the menu! The service was excellent throughout--attentive without hovering, friendly without being forced, and genuinely committed to making the meal enjoyable. I enjoyed the atmosphere as it was not too loud and the interior decor is unique. Copper & Oak is the kind of spot that blends quality, comfort, and professionalism in a way that makes you want to come back soon. If you are in Danville check it out. .

The patio was perfect - only complaint was old eyes had a hard time seeing the menu as it got dark outside. Service was great - our waitress was attentive and got our order in perfect, plus was able to split up the checks with no issue. Complimentary rolls were served after we ordered - they are sweet rolls but nothing like Texas Roadhouse. Let's just say I was okay after one roll. I ordered the chicken pesto with baked potato and my daughter ordered the chicken wrap with fries. Everyone else at the table ordered steaks. The chicken was a little tough and overcooked, and the baked potato was very good. Tables outside were a bit wobbly so the table rocked while I cut into my chicken. My daughter liked her fries and chicken wrap. Overall it was a solid meal, but don't think we'll be back.

And no waitress came to check on our food, till it was time for dessert. Fast forward to today, my daughter wanted breakfast at CB. I love French toast, so I ordered their limited cinnamon French toast. It was burnt and tasted awful. I had time to eat my and bacon, after I went in search for our waitress. Over 15 minutes later she came. They offered my money back, but damn it, I was hangry at that time. When they brought the new one, it looked darn near perfect. Why so hit and miss? Why serve burnt food in the first place? And last time it was raw and stone cold. Get it together Cracker Barrel!

Got there during the Sunday noon rush, wait wasn't too bad, team member we left name with was pleasant. After being seated we waited a long long long time before anyone came by to bring us water or allow us to order. Long enough to research and join their rewards club and read Yelp reviews, plan our day for tomorrow and play a few games. Also tried unsuccessfully to redeem shareable, more on that later. Our server, while professional, seemed rushed and impersonal. They appeared to be way short staffed for the rush so didn't blame her, she was hustling. Food was meh...not a fan of the gravy. they mixed up our orders and I got cremated bacon, which my wife likes. She told server her bacon wasn't cooked enough so the server took her bacon (which was actually my bacon) wrapped in a napkin back to the kitchen...really? That's how you take food back, wrapped in the guest's napkin. It was returned shortly (on a plate) and was crisp as ordered. Wife like it. I didn't send my over cooked, crisp bacon back, anyway what would they do, wrap it in a napkin, take it away, then soak it in boiling water to soften it? While we ordered the same thing, my wife got almost twice the portions I did. Scrambled eggs were the best thing on the plate. Sadly, biscuits were a bit hard. The server did pass by one other time to check on us...all okay...yep...sure...so we took the check up to pay and discovered we were 11th in line to pay. Total of 1hr 55min for breakfast. This would be a one star review if not for the cashier. She ask how everything was...uh...okay...she understood exactly what I meant. Nice lady, great customer service. She pointed out that I had a free shareable...I said yeah, tried to redeem and it went to an error webpage. No joy. She offered to take care of it on the spot and get me something to go. Thanked her, told her all good and appreciated her wanting to take care of us. Truth is we had almost 2 hrs invested in breakfast already and were driving to Pigeon Forge, needed to get down the road. Anyway, that's my story and I am sticking to it...
