I came here like last year to put in I tip extensions. The length I booked for was out of stock so I had to get the longer more expensive ones lol. On top of that the beads were put on pretty bad, there was like dents in them so reapplication was difficult and in the end it was way too much weight on my head so some of my hair thinned out. The hair quality was actually really good though and I loved the red. I stopped going and switched to weft extensions instead in the end. Another review mentioned they noticed some hairs crossed over or were mixed in application and this was something I noticed as well read more

I have put extensions before in some other places with different technics, but nothing was as high quality as what Chula Extentions has to offer. It's my second time going there this year and I just love this salon. They are using high quality hair, my extensions last better then any other place I tried before without damaging my hair. Got my extension done about 2 months ago And just removed them. I wanted to give an overall review of the service and quality of work. As much as I wanted to love my experience it didn't work that way. The girl helping was friendly and on time to appointment. The process was quick and painless. Hair felt supper tight and heavy but I thought maybe it's just getting use to it. Once done I was not provided with instructions on how to care for hair/ dos and what not to do etc. it didn't bother me so much at first cause I went on their page and found the information but then I remembered I paid $700 for a service, this should be given to me. They also didn't offer to cut/ trim to fit/blend with my natural hair just asked if I wanted it curled. Session did feel rushed. Hair quality was ok, it did seem extra dry after a couple of washes. My highest issues came after removing them. We noticed there was hair from different sections attached to the section next to it or underneath . So it was messy. No wondered when I brushed the hair a lot of the time it felt tangled. I also lost A LOT OF HAIR, more than half my hair is gone. It was def. Traumatizing to see it. I did expect some shedding after doing research BUT that was beyond shedding. Now I'm wondering if the installation was done incorrectly causing all that extra hair damage. And yes I followed instructions I found on their socials on hair care to the "t". Still loss so, so so much hair. So I recommended no, def. Not worth the loss. Is it worth it no.
