I had been going to Grace for 3 years. This is how my hair was left after my last service. The…read moreorange is from my original appointment the day of and the red from her attempt at trying to fix it. At first the orange and harsh lines were blamed on her letting me go with wet hair. My bangs were blowed dried that day and it was clear that the color wasn't anywhere near my reference pictures and my roots were dark. A few days later when I came in to fix the harsh line and orange I left the salon with red hair in which she still charged me a blow dry. That same day I came home and when brushing out my hair I noticed the harsh line was clearly still visible. Her excuse was they weren't noticeable in the salon lighting. Her only solution after was just to tone my hair darker. Which was upsetting since she had to bleach my hair to make it lighter, the whole point of my appointment. At my attempt to receive a partial refund my follow up appointment was cancelled without any notice. You can see pictures of my hair, reference photos, and our conversations. A simple I messed up goes a long way.
