Actually, you were not transparent. In fact, when I politely text you 12/4 to ask why you charged me so much higher than your starting prices you never responded. Let it be known to all that Monique refused to refund any portion of my gratuity despite the fact that she messed up my hair. So happy I was able to find Monique. I'm a mom of two little ones and juggling a salon appointment takes a village! What I absolutely appreciate was that Monique listened to me. She didn't cut away like Edward Scissorhands! I have curly hair and a simple cut could turn into something more if you don't pay attention to the various lengths. Monique has similar hair so she totally understood. I was also coming in after 8 months of an old ombré blend. Monique was able to get me back to my natural color and keep length. My hair needed a little TLC. Now it feels bouncy and super healthy and I love it! When my girls did come in the double stroller with daddy to pick me up they did have to wait awhile but all the ladies were so sweet and offering treats to accommodate us.
