Sprinkler repair: Im so happy I found this company. They are a bit pricey ($95/hr + materials) but well worth it. One of the main things I appreciated was how quick and efficient Pedro was. His trouble shooting was so fast and the next thing you know he's digging up and replacing 2 old pipes that were cracked underground. There were many other sprinkler heads that needed to be fixed. Everything was done in 2 hours which is better than paying somebody else the same price and taking 4 hours to complete. I plan on hiring again for my backyard soon. read more

As I mentioned numerous times on the phone, not sure where the breakdown in communication was because my husband, my roommate, and myself all pointed out to the gentleman that came for the quote that we wanted the pile removed. So yeah, it came to me as a complete shock that you wanted to charge an extra $1500 at least. We then spent several hours after your crew left cleaning up piles, tree branches, and debris that were scattered throughout our yard along with broken tiles that happened too. You also never reached back out as I asked to inform me where the breakdown of communication occurred because all three of us were clear what we wanted done. So yeah, this post was done. So you're going to go there? Go ahead. We have cameras all around the house that have the conversations and actions on camera. Never once was I trying to bait and switch you. I wanted you to Own up to the fact that the communication error was on your own fault and not try to blame me as the customer that I never made it clear about what was to be done. I also wrote the review after you didn't get back to me about the estimate as I asked you to do. I'm not here to bad mouth your business.
