In response to your response to my review, when you say you are going to do a job on a certain day, you do it. You were supposed to do the job when you showed up. I even agreed to pay you more. I don't know what you mean by going under concrete or that it was deeper than expected. I kept telling you the pipe was next to the concrete sidewalk and next to the bed walls and not under it and the pipe was 8 inches down. You said I told you 3 inches which is B.S.. In truth you didn't want the job because it would require hand digging and some sweat and you complained that you couldn't use your jackhammer. They leveled out our backyard and removed a planter, giving us optimal space to use. Also added a dog run so our dog could still use the restroom. Installed turf to the front and back yards. Extended our parking availability out front. Removed a large unused planter to maxize space out front as well and installed a new walkway. Also built multiple retaining walls. This all added great curb appeal and has led to endless compliments from neighbors. It required lots of long days in the heat. Javier and team came out and gave my YARD A FANTASTIC FACELIFT! I purchased a house where the landscaping is done but it had been a while since things were cut back. The week before, Javier came out to discuss what needed to be done (pulling some trees, cutting trees hitting the roof, and cutting back ivy making pathways for critters). The Torrescape team CAREFULLY cut back a very large bird of paradise tree that was super high above the roof. I was impressed that they were able to cut these very heavy branches while being super careful so they didn't land on other plants.
