I put out requests on Yelp for an estimate on sprinkler repair or replacement. Andres from Villanueva's Landscaping was extremely accommodating and thorough in his communications with me and written estimates provided. Because of this, I chose his company to complete the project, which consisted of replacing our old, leaking sprinkler system, installing a new modern timer, removing the old gopher-damaged lawn, installing gopher mesh, new sod, and a decorative rock bed between the house and lawn. These guys transformed my front yard and sidewalk area into a beautifully manicured and weed free landscape. They firstly picked all the weeds in my front yard and sidewalk area and then lay down weed barrier before adding rock and mulch to designated weed free zones. Also, they unearthed old flag stone and sprinkled white pebbles in between to add the pop you see in the pictures. These guy are humble and hard working. They get to work early and go above and beyond. With 4th of July just around the corner, I wasn't having any luck finding someone to come out and replace a leaking irrigation valve that forced me to shut off my water. I finally spoke to Andres who came out at the end of the day to ensure I would have water to the house. He replaced two old valves and installed a separate shutoff valve for the irrigation (the original install didn't have one). He did a great job and even offered to come back out the same night if there were any leaks after I turned everything back on once the glue had dried. I had a major water leak in a main line for my sprinkler system and called Villanueva landscape, luckily Andres had some last minute availability. Andres showed up when he said he will, listened to me when I told him what the issue was, and gave me a few options for repair and estimated the cost for both. He ended up having to replace a large chunk of pipe and adding a shut off valve that the previous installer (before we bought the house) never added and the area was returned back to as original as can be while also adding an access for the shut off. Andre and his crew renovated my yard about three years ago. Grubs had ruined my front and back lawns and back yard was over run with growth and other debris. We had sprung a major water leak right next to the foundation of our house. We actually called multiple businesses and some said the job was too small and some never answered or returned phone calls. We then called Andres and he set a time to come check it out right away. After seeing the problem he said he could come the next day on a Saturday and fix it.
