Perfect balance of flavor and heat, and they even made it extra hot for me without me asking this time. That kind of attention is awesome and the result was easily the best vindaloo I've had in Colorado. My wife had the saag paneer, which was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, and the kids ordered butter chicken, which she absolutely devoured. Always a good sign when the kids' plates come back empty. The food is fantastic, the spice levels are legit if you ask for them, and the staff clearly care about their customers.
