After a few pages of my book, the food starting rolling out. The Chicken Tikka Masala was so tender with the yogurt-marinated chicken having a little tang, the Chicken Saag was creamy with the perfect spice, and the Baingan Bharta was made perfectly, studded with fresh peas that burst in every bite. The garlic and cheese naan was a perfect compliment, with a beautiful glaze of ghee on every piece. I ordered medium, but would likely up my spice preference next time. Stuff we've tried: Vegetable Samosa - it makes me a little sad when I have to share these. They are crispy on the outside and stuffed with a mix of delicious vegetables and spices. The dips you get are worth keeping the rest of the meal. Pakoras - Indian chicken nuggets. Spicy and delicious. I want to try the veggie some time. Masala, Makhani and Saag are different in their own ways, but all have a wonderful flavor with lots of sauce for your rice. The Tandoori is Earthy and spicy and is my newest favorite Naan - Flatbreads to nosh on their own or scoop up extra sauce. Are all delicious!
