We've gone almost a dozen times, and the food is always great! Our favorite is the daal and samosas.

I was sat immediately and was the only person in the restaurant the entire time (it was 11am on a weekday, so understandable), so I chose a seat by the window to enjoy the view. Water was immediately brought to me along with the extensive menu, and I ordered three dishes, plus garlic and cheese naan, and was offered a complimentary chai. After a few pages of my book, the food starting rolling out. The Chicken Tikka Masala was so tender with the yogurt-marinated chicken having a little tang, the Chicken Saag was creamy with the perfect spice, and the Baingan Bharta was made perfectly, studded with fresh peas that burst in every bite. The garlic and cheese naan was a perfect compliment, with a beautiful glaze of ghee on every piece. I ordered medium, but would likely up my spice preference next time. This was a ton of food, as planned, so I packed up my mass amounts of leftover to take home to share with the rest of the family where it was consumed immediately. HIGHLY recommend this place!

Last night, I went with a friend who has a lot of food allergies, so it's tricky. The host convinced us to try an appetizer that neither of us had tried before - and probably won't try again. I'm sure younger people like it. It was the samosa chaat. It came out looking very different from the picture on the website, and had a lot of raw onion, which doesn't sit well with either of us. So, that was a miss, at least for us. But the main dishes were very good. My friend had chicken saag to which they added some extra vegetables. I had vegetable korma, in which they threw a little bit of chicken. We also had garlic naan. I had a mango lassi (delicious), and my friend had chai. All tasted wonderful. We requested mild, and we received mild. That doesn't always happen at other restaurants, but it did here, and for that we are both grateful. We hadn't asked for dessert, but the owner brought me a carrot, milk, and spice dessert with a candle in it called carrot halwa for my birthday. It was odd to look at, but delicious. I was just so full! My friend had some kind of reaction with her throat and neck, but we just sat there for longer, and it calmed down. We suspect it was either too much dairy or perhaps there's a spice that didn't agree with her. We don't blame the restaurant, and I'm glad they didn't rush us out of there. Namaste is accommodating for special diets and friendly. Their deep fryer separates meat from vegetables. The atmosphere is fine. Nothing really fancy, just welcoming. I'll be back.

Big shout out for the Chicken Chilli Momo. Very tasty. Very friendly staff. Go and enjoy.read more

Love this place! It…read morewas a hot summer evening in Greeley, and cooking was not on the menu. I was a tough sell on Indian as I haven't really ever enjoyed it. We have since eaten there four times! TLDR - We've not had a bad dish! Chicken is always lean and tender. Spices aren't overbearing at all. Not terribly different than other Asian cuisines (in a good way), just a new mix of flavors. We usually like to each order a dish each and share family-style and share a dessert because they are all very unique and delicious. Stuff we've tried: Vegetable Samosa - it makes me a little sad when I have to share these. They are crispy on the outside and stuffed with a mix of delicious vegetables and spices. The dips you get are worth keeping the rest of the meal. Pakoras - Indian chicken nuggets. Spicy and delicious. I want to try the veggie some time. Masala, Makhani and Saag are different in their own ways, but all have a wonderful flavor with lots of sauce for your rice. The Tandoori is Earthy and spicy and is my newest favorite Naan - Flatbreads to nosh on their own or scoop up extra sauce. Are all delicious! Butter is a great start, but adding garlic makes it even better. Kheer rice pudding is my favorite dessert. The Banana Pakora was a unique treat.
