This took 45 minutes to make with 2 customers in the store. The chicken was definitely old almost like they reheated last nights chicken. Since we went at 1159. There's no way it can be that old where it's nasty. Went to get corrected staff was rude and refused refund. Decided didn't want more food from there since they were being nasty(you know them do something weird to our food). So left with food we won't eat. Tried to contact store after to possibly speak to manager no phone number listed on google or on the receipt so couldn't get a hold of anyone to try to fix. So next best thing go to customer service and all they can offer is a gift card through the mail and escalate my complaint to the store manager. I don't want a gift card also they would not provide me with a phone number to the store. Do they not have a phone in the store.

It's a well balanced sandwich and the heat is in the sauce but it's not too spicy. You can always request sauce on the side. The large facility has lots of parking, plenty of nice seating areas in the dining area and clean bathrooms are always a plus!

The manager proceeded to snarkily yell at us when we tried to grab the correct sauce for ourselves despite not acknowledging our existence at all prior. She then proceeded to say 'I'll get to it' in a tone best left to the Karens of reddit. Another employee stepped in to give us our sauces. Perhaps the manager should have been more focused on helping customers get the correct sauce that they incorrectly packed instead of asking another employee to run to the gas station to get her a drink.
