I paid $18 for the "best wash" at 3:46 pm on (02/28). The reciept printed and shows a time of 5:39 pm . . . I go inside the car wash and I was in there not even a minute or so, and the whole car wash just shut off. Really awkward sitting there for like 4 or 5 minutes with a car waiting behind me. I tried calling the phone number on the wall for questions or concerns and it went to voicemail saying (different phone #) cant answer. . Like what .. Had to just drive out with soap on my car and go to a different car wash. I plan on disputing, not cool. read more

The guy at the office on site was kind to my meltdown. After a long day and driving 20 minutes to one of the few self serve car washes near me I waited another 30 in line only to not have the card work on the bay. No directions outside the bay while waiting and the first sign above says coin only. Apparently, park waiting in line. Go to center of building and at a difficult to read self serve machine purchase a car wash and a code I apologize for my meltdown but a series of issues today I thought I would take a break and wash my car as a distraction. This was nearly impossible. At 5'2" i also can't read the automation signs and now see people using coins only. Cars look good leaving and hard to find good self wash. I have a brain injury on top of Autism and directions need to be something to prepare for. Thank you to the guy at the office. I am so Sorry for the voicemail in my frustration. Beware - Auto Wash caused 6K in damages On 6/4, my wife used the auto car wash which resulted in serious body damage and left the driver side door unable to be opened. There is no fail safe on the car wash which allows anyone to enter the wash at any time and does not stop the articulating arms from moving. The owners admit no fault in the design of the car wash. Avoid this place, there are plenty of touch-less washers that won't destroy your car. read more

Went through the automated drive-through cleaner and it left my car full of soap had to pay for another car wash to get the soap off

What a shame. This carwash used to do a decent job for an automatic. It was reasonably priced & close to home. Recently they installed new equipment & jacked up the prices. The result is a horrible carwash. I had a mildly dirty car having only washed it two weeks prior. My trunk & side panels on my car weren't much better than when I went in for the wash. I've given this new wash equipment a few tries now. That's enough. Pictures are after a $12 wash - the 2nd best option!! read more

We had snow last week and the 2017 Silverado that I had just bought the week before was really dirty like snows leave vehicles with all of the mag chloride and dirt. I went at night to wash it at the first sign of the roads being dried out and the automatic wash conked out after I ran my credit card while the door closed in front of me without prompting me to enter. There were no other vehicles at the wash presently. I was so totally put out by that. I went home with the truck still dirty. The next day I knew the owner would be there repairing the equipment in that bay because they were going to be extremely busy and upon my arrival I could see that I was absolutely correct on both counts. I had to park on the street because it was so busy. I walked up to the stall while he was on what looked like a 12' -14' step ladder and explained the situation. He only had my word because I had not shown him my ticket purchase. Greatly, to his credit, he calmly came down and went to the area where his office/maintenance area is and gave me a ticket with a code that was good for a month to use. It was the Best wash with the vacuum code also. I only purchased the Better wash not the Best wash. He did all of this without any grumbling during this day and time where owners are more apt to not believe you and be upset that you have just put them out, especially when the lot is way backed up and he needed to fix that automatic bay pronto. Instead, he apologized for my inconvenience. I am taken aback by his kind and humble attitude and if I could give 10 stars he would get it. He is certainly deserving. BTW, this is where my son washes his 2020 White Mustang GT after visiting me on Sundays and he lives 15 miles south of here. I have used this car wash exclusively without incidents since it was built, have always been well satisfied, and now have experienced personal service that is impeccable! read more

I've been hunting for a good car wash in the area and this one is decent. It has both do it yourself bays as well as two automatic washes. I used an automatic wash with drying and paid $9 by credit card. The wash was decent and got the back of my vehicle relatively clean too, which is something not all washes will do. I felt like it was a good value and will use it again. The only criticism I have is that the dryer blower only lasted one minute and I would have preferred about 90 seconds. Otherwise I recommend it! read more

Don't bother if your car needs vacuumed. Vacs are always clogged or otherwise have very low suction. They all either need replaced or maintained. The wash part works fine. I have dogs, and the main reason I go to a car wash is to vacuum up their hair. This place is right by my house, but just doesn't cut it. read more

Waited 20 minutes behind one car in the wash and one waiting. When we pulled up next in line and paid, and we waited another 10 minutes. The car in front of us finally left but we couldn't enter. Called the number on the wall and waited another 10 minutes. We left after paying $12. Finally got a text that said "Omw to the car wash to fix 3 min". We were home by then. Texted again and asked for a refund. Nothing. Won't be returning to this car wash ever again. Don't recommend you go there either! Too many good car washes out there to use this one. read more

This is a clean and well-maintained facility and this review should only apply to the automatic car wash. I found Church Ranch on Yelp as an alternative to the inadequate car washes close to our home. Today was our 3rd time to Church Ranch but left us disappointed. (We used the left automatic wash.) The car was extra dirty from a weekend trip to the mountains so we opted for the most expensive option. Unfortunately, that did not do the trick. There was still plenty of visible dirt (see attached photos). I hope the owners will invest in some stronger detergent and if so we'll be back and will amend this review. read more

Went to this place before my Lyft car inspection. I spent $13 on their top level highest priced car wash and 5 minutes later when it dried the windshield was still filthy and I literally wiped my finger on it and saw a trail. The Lyft car inspector said my car needed to be cleaner than it was. When I got home, my friend asked me why I didn't wash my car before the inspection. It was literally that bad. Horrible quality and I was robbed of $13. Very disappointing. Please go somewhere else that will actually clean your car for the money that you give them. read more

I've been going to this car wash for years. At least once a week I went there and always bought the Ultimate wash and went through the drive thru auto wash. For years it did a pretty good job of cleaning my cars. Not outstanding, but pretty good. Recently they have swapped out the equipment and the same wash now does a horrible job! I've been there three times since the equipment change and have been screwed all three times. My car would get cleaner if it just sat out in the rain!! I don't know who's brilliant idea this was, but you wasted your money and lost a long time, and good customer. I'm sure others will follow. read more

Since they installed the new equipment it barely washes the car if there is visible dirt. I've left with my car still full of soap and dirt, more than once. the last straw was today when after a $14 automatic car wash, my car was still so covered in soap that I had to go to the manual wash bay and pay another $3 to wash it myself. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were two washing options when I pulled up. Since I was dressed nice, I didn't want to do the self wash and happily there were two automatic drive thru washes! It did a nice job. There were a lot of vacuuming stations as well. read more

The drivethru tunnel although expensive doesn't even come close to getting the car clean. the pressure wash bays are $2 minimum to start and that gives you barely any time to get around the car. expect to spend at least 6-8$ if using the bays to clean your car yourself. vacuum i payed for didn't work. called the posted phone # never got a response. better places to go read more

I love this self-service car wash and go here at least once a week. All of the equipment is working and up to date. The area is kept clean and the trash is never overflowing, as I've seen at other car washes. I would definitely recommend going here. read more

I was passing through town while on vacation and needed to wash my rental car. Church Ranch Carwash was 5 min down the road, so I decided to give it a try. I was a little hesitate that a touch-less car wash would actually clean the car! I had quit a bit of mud and dirt from some dirt trail driving. Well to my surprise, this place is awesome! The basic wash was only $8 (if you do the $9 wash you will get the drying option).Since I was cleaning a rental car, i did just the $8 wash, man was i surprised! the car came out looking like the wash had brushes. The place was clean and there was no long lines. I don't know if there was any employees, as everything was self serve. But I did not run into any issues, it was simple, swipe the card, and leave 3-5 mins later with a clean car. One tip, when you start to drive into the touch-less wash the under carriage starts, so don't drive to fast. If you do, just back up, that's what we did. read more
