Perhaps I misheard what was happening, but the employee running the drive through kept asking questions I wasn't sure I needed to answer. When I asked for clarity, she became incredibly upset, repeated unrelated parts of the conversation to me, and then screamed "OH MY GOD" to me when I was confused. It was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and not customer service forward. I was put off by the whole experience, I will actively avoid this location as well as tell others to avoid it, and I hope the customer service is rectified. Until the employees are held to a higher standard and trained better, this will be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The interior was already closed, and it was myself and another customer in the drive through, they weren't busy, they were bored, and my experience suffered because of it. 1/10, someone needs to be retrained and reprimanded. And if you want McDonald's then you should drive somewhere they actually care. This location would rather see you spend money elsewhere, apparently.
