When I asked for clarity, she became incredibly upset, repeated unrelated parts of the conversation to me, and then screamed "OH MY GOD" to me when I was confused. It was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and not customer service forward. I was put off by the whole experience, I will actively avoid this location as well as tell others to avoid it, and I hope the customer service is rectified. Until the employees are held to a higher standard and trained better, this will be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The interior was already closed, and it was myself and another customer in the drive through, they weren't busy, they were bored, and my experience suffered because of it. 1/10, someone needs to be retrained and reprimanded. And if you want McDonald's then you should drive somewhere they actually care. This location would rather see you spend money elsewhere, apparently.

A friend of mine had placed an order through DoorDash after not eating for a couple of days due to a painful tooth infection. Unfortunately, DoorDash mistakenly marked the order as pickup instead of delivery. After waiting more than four hours, she was told by DoorDash that she would not receive a refund, even though the mistake wasn't hers. I went to the Jack's location in Adamsville to see if there was any way to sort things out and spoke with the manager on duty, Leon Sumler. Even though the issue was clearly caused by DoorDash and not the restaurant, Leon didn't dismiss the situation or send me away. Instead, he worked with his staff to track down the original order. One employee even remembered discarding the pickup order just minutes earlier and retrieved the receipt from the trash so Leon could verify it. With that proof, he made sure the order was taken care of and made things right. In a time when good customer service can feel rare, it was refreshing to see someone truly care about helping. Leon and the team at Jack's in Adamsville showed professionalism and compassion that deserves recognition.

I gave up months ago, but tried to give them one last chance on tonight. As I was pulling to the drive the person on the intercom was telling the car ahead of me that they were out of what they were asking for but I thought maybe since all I wanted was side items that I may have luck on tonight. Nope not a chance. It is 8:40 and all they have are 4 breast to sell and that is it. All the other restaurants have customers their parking lot is empty. If they don't get better management that location will soon go out of busines.
