I then proceeded to the pick up window where both a male & female manager were looking at me ugly. Half the time, when they repeat back what you ordered it is completely wrong. Even when using combos by their numbers. I have had to turn off my vehicle so they can hear better, and there is still a 50/50 chance they will understand what anyone orders. When finally get to the window, the staff confirming you order still don't have the right info or it's someone else's order. Food prep is slow resulting in lengthy wait times before you get to the window or have to wait in front for a while for them to bring out food that isn't even hot. Quality control and system maintenance at this location is practically non-existent. But hey, it's Northeast El Paso, why would any franchise invest in customer service.
