I can only speak on the customer service, because of the multiple times I've tried to order from them I wasn't allowed to place an order. I hear the food is actually good, but I'm starting to think this place is just a myth. The first time I tried to place a delivery order. They took my order, then when I gave my address they told me they didn't have anyone to deliver. The 2nd time I tried was for a pick up order. They told me they were too busy. The 3rd time I tried again for delivery, which Yelp does have them listed as offering delivery. Well, this time they told me they don't deliver at all. I give up. read more

I'm new to El Paso and decided I wanted to try a pizza joint that wasn't a franchise , over all I was satisfied with the pizza it Wasn't great or horrible . The pizza it self is EXTREMELY thin ... Thinner than a average thin crust pizza. Luckily for me that how I like it :) . They added a generous amount of pepperoni but there wasn't no enough cheese or sauce so my pizza was a little dry . But the food is so cheap I can't really complain . Mozzarella sticks were hard if you pull them apart they snap , so I would not recommend that at all .This place has potential to be great . 2 large pizzas were 10$ for take out! read more

Whenever we order pizza, we order it from PB's. The pizza is amazing quality, beating the competition hands down. Very affordable as well.

They have it online menu that shows you one price and when you get there everything cost more and when you ask them to honor the price they say it's not their menu when I told them there's a spot to take a picture and upload a new menu they didn't care and decided to charge me the full price I will never eat there again. I was dissapointed this time. Have ordered pizza several times in the past. Never had an issue before. Last time I checked hair wasn't a topping option on the pizza but I guess today they threw it in for free. We ordered a couple of pizzas, cheese bread and cinnamon puffs and picked it up on they way home from running errands. Got home, sat down and took a bite of my pizza and there was a hair in it. I called back and talked to Fabian the manager and explained what happened. He said they could remake it but it was raining outside, it was already late, it's not a close drive and I was on crutches so I explained the situation and asked if I could come back another day to do a rain check. He said no I had to come and get it today. I don't see why he couldn't make an exception and say next time he was on shift I could come in or give me another option or something. I didn't ask for hair on my pizza and I didn't think it was worth driving back for one pizza and taking the chance of slipping in the rain because I was on crutches. I had already slipped with my crutches coming home from there and didn't want to repeat it. Not sure if I plan on ordering from them again and will definitely tell my friends about it. There could have been better customer service, had a better resolution and I would have left a happy customer. Joined yelp just to share my disappointment. read more

this place is great, but in my most recent visit my Pizza didnt have the extra extra sauce i requested. when i called i was told its no problem to remake it and the manager on duty wants me to bring in the Pizza. when i got there the manager looked at the pizza, and immediately became aggressive telling me it has the extra sauce i tried explaining that it doesnt look like it does, he kept repeating it has extra sauce i told him i get charged for XXSauce and it barely has sauce on some parts. i understand he doesnt speak english so obviously a resolution couldnt be reached, a manager imo should be bilingual in order to properly communicate with english speakers. PBs is my favourite pizza next to peter piper but im no going back for a long time. i hated how rude he was to me. id rather pay triple the price at peters for a pizza made the way i order it than be yelled at by some dude. read more
