A family member ordered the 10 piece chicken legs and thighs parmesan garlic dry rub and never received it. When she called to ask about it, she was told someone else picked up the order and that she needed to contact Grubhub, but the charges were from Church's. She contacted Grubhub and was told to contact Church's. That was on May 20, 2026. She's never received a refund. Sounds like someone from Church's ate the food because Grubhub said they never picked the order up. This is the 2nd time this has happened. read more

These people are ignorant. I ordered a surf and turf which should've been $6.49 and then I tried to order a big deal box 3 piece tender which should've been $5 and the brain dead cashier rang me out for combos that included drinks (neither of my meals should've included a drink). She rang me out for a four piece chicken meal instead of the surf and turf and then she rang me out for a three-piece chicken strip combo instead of the big meal box. Instead of my total being roughly $13. It was instead $25 and change. When I tried to go back and tell her hey this isn't what I ordered and also this is way more expensive and also it's NOT WHAT I ORDERED, she said "well I read the order back to you. you should've told me then", to which I replied "you absolutely did not read the order back to me" to which she snapped back and said "yes, I did". So either she didn't finish middle school, she is clinically deaf, or she can hear AND she graduated high school/beyond but she's just stupid to the core. So now I've paid $26 almost for what should've been $13. Three out of the four times I've been to this place they've messing up my single order. The staff is always very slow, ghetto, and unprofessional. Placed an order through their drive up. I place the order at the drive thru box and given a total of $39. I got to the window and had to reorder my food because the cashier didn't know how to put in the coupon. I paid for my food and was given the wrong order! When I spoke to the manager (Lavanda) about the incorrect order she screamed at me to get the f*ck out of her drive thru! When I said I was missing part of my order I paid for she told me again to get the f*ck out of her drive thru or she would call the police! I called and reported the store manager to their corporate office while I was still in the drive thru. I will never come back to this location!! I asked the girl after watching her fill the box if there was spicy in it and she said yes but Found out when I got home there was a piece missing and no spicy. The service here has got horrible!!!! They have nasty windows and dirty floors. My family came here from out of town and I took them to this place to eat. I was soooooo embarssed!!! First of all the people working here were so nasty with very bad attitudes. And second , it was dirty as H#LL in this place. We had to wait outside for our order and it took forever... I have lived in Lemay for a long time and I remember when this place opened up. I have also watched the service grow extremely bad over the years. Went today. Poor counter service with too many people standing around doing not much. Place was dirty all over, including tabletops. Some little girl at a table by herself talking very loud and non stop into the air. Must be one of the worker's kids, too young to be alone. My 3 piece was just ok. Got so turned off with the overall experience and walked out. Only ate one piece and threw the rest away. Used to go here all the time. It's really changed. Won't go back again. Not really happy with my service. Ordered the shrimp basket and a chicken tender basket. I was missing one shrimp and I asked for 1 and she looked at me like I was dumb because I asked for a piece of shrimp I payed for and didn't get. Coca Cola tasted watered down, the syrup probably needs to be replaced. Another customer was waiting for maybe 20 mins before they even took his order, there was nobody else in the restaurant but me and we had already got our food while he was waiting for someone to take his order. The manager was there, roaming around in the back not doing a single thing, very bad management and service. They should always have someone at the register, the drive through window and a few cooks, they are not trained well and do not have people skills. I will not come back to this location.
