This location (Del Sol) has poor reviews for a reason. Avoid this store at all cost if you can. Their food isn't always cooked properly; it's always hit or miss. It's the biscuits for me! But on top of that, their customer service is terrible! I went to the store tonight at 9:03pm, they close at 10pm. The manager came to the window and lied saying they weren't open, that they closed at 9pm. Instead of arguing with someone like that, it's best to leave an honest opinion and review so others can avoid the establishment. To be quite honest, this store should be closed permanently. Go to one of the other locations in San Ysidro or in Chula Vista; the employees are nicer and the exteriors of stores are much cleaner. There is a KFC close to the 805 but if you do not want to drive to far this place works. I like their chicken more than KFC. Every time I go here, the restaurant is almost always empty. I got there they had 3 people then after the girl took my order they all left her by herself to run the store so I stepped out to the car and talked to my husband not knowing that they all left her.
