Small supreme pizza $19.58. Just not worth it
    Josue P.

I don't like to do this, I support mom and pop shops but I tried a small supreme pizza, total was $19.58!! I just couldn't justify why the high price. I rate the pizza a 6 out of 10, reminded me of the thrown in pizza you find at a regular or Chinese buffet. At most it should be $14 considering inflation. The extra marinara sauce was $1 so the total was $20.58. Been to worst places but I just feel robbed paying $20 for a small not great but decent pizza. Won't be coming back. The guy at the front desk seemed nice and the shop looked clean.

On Christmas Day, with a food related disaster this place really saved me. So glad they were open, I ordered the 20 piece buffalo Chicken Wings and I must say I'm impressed. They definitely had the sauce and were well flavored. I also got large meat lovers pizza which was just as delicious. Nice toppings the cheese was cheesing and I really enjoyed it. I will definitely come here again especially for wings. And they made it in like 15 mins .Bravo Zulu

This small pizza place was the hang out spot when I was growing up. We would go in and buy a large slice for $1.50. Visiting this town after being away for so many years had me curious, so we went in and obviously the prices have gone up, that's expected. The pizza is just as good if not better. We bought 4 pepperoni slices which now come in a small box and no longer in a paper bag like back in the day lol. The dough and crust are perfect in my opinion. It definitely hits the spot. The new owners are friendly and were very professional. The place was clean, and they had a wide selection of beverages.

    14" pepperoni pizza

I had a 14" pepperoni pizza. Very tasty local pizza with fresh dough made daily. Friendly service as well! Definitely will return for some pizza and other menu items.

Great pizza and customer service! He always remembers who you are. He loves his job and cares for the customer. Pizza smells great and tastes even better! Me and my wife have been coming here for the last 4 years since we moved to this area. This is our usual take out food for our at home date nights! The place has great specials!

They weren't lying, this is the BIGGEST pizza I've ever seen! I ordered a large and had to strap it to the roof of my car to get it home. It wouldn't fit through the front door, so we all had to sit and eat it in the garage! The neighbors smelled it and called half the neighborhood over, but luckily, there was enough for everybody!

As you could see either the pizza was NOT big enough or the box was too big!

For $26 cash no tax this pizza was worth it for a birthday party. However, it could have filled the pizza box more or have a thicker crust. Overall, the owner was friendly but the wife not so much upon pick up. I ordered half Hawaiian and half pepperoni it tasted good just could use thicker crust. My pizza was thin and did not fill the huge box enough that during the drive home the pizza was sliding side to side in the box. As you could see either the pizza was NOT big enough or the box was too big! I ordered a "GIANT" and added the birthday topper for a bonus

I am from San Francisco ended here for a dinner trip. Little far from hotel but totally worth it. Awesome service by owner and tasty pizza , wings and breadsticks. Something different and very good.

Visit July 2026…read more Ironically I was in NYC last week and ate at a deli there. That visit was a so-so experience and made me miss Beyer Deli so ta-dah! Still incredibly huge sandwiches. Hefty enough that half will fill me and I'm fat. The torta bread is the way to go for your sandwiches and yeah I know it's not a NYC thing but ewwww I had stale white bread with my NYC meal. I don't get here often but it looks like the menu has expanded with smoothies, pasta, and iced coffees. Still incredibly amazing prices (seriously the price for a pastrami sandwich at the NYC deli was twice the price here). Still the MOST INCREDIBLE AMAZING WELCOMING service you will ever experience. Dina, the owner who runs the front, makes you feel like you've pulled up a chair at her own kitchen. Loves to talk and gets to know you. I'm always a fan of seeing a restaurant acknowledge their regulars it just makes such a positive vibe and Dina welcomes them by name so tells you how often they frequent. Still located in a tiny business mall and if it weren't for the red on the sign you might miss it. Still cash only. Still the safest place on the planet as it is frequented by every form of law enforcement possible from BP, SDPD, CVPD, to the MIB (seeing if you're still with me). Its great that they support and receive support from first responders. If you want a satisfying deli experience stop by. I suggest....well everything.

Ropa Vieja: shredded braised beef with peppers onions and tomato- the seasoning is uniquely Cuban and fantastic- a comfort food favorite! The plate comes with a side salad and maduros- caramelized fried ripe bananas and white rice and black beans- generous portions of everything. 2. Arroz con pollo: chicken and rice exists in almost every culture, but the Cuban version is the one I would choose first any day. This was the boys fav. The dinner plate also comes with maduros and salad. 3. Papas rellenas- "potato balls" on the menu- stuffed mashed potato spheres with seasoned ground beef then lightly breaded and deep fried for a perfect crispy coat- excellent! They have 3 varieties and we tried the spicy chicken and the ground beef- both were delicious! 4. Croquetas: deep fried breaded ground ham rolls. Decadent and perfectly crispy outside and velvety inside. These were my hardest craving when I was pregnant. Love them! 5. Guava pastries- sweet with a little hint of tartness- wrapped in puff pastry. It was too late in the day for me to order coffee but I will have to make a cup of Bustelo tomorrow morning to go with these. We were too full to eat them today! 6. Iron Beer: our fav soda! Even sweeter than coke- shocking, lol! I also tried the kola champagna- a Puerto Rican staple but imo, IronBeer wins. I would buy them for the boys a couple times a year whenever I stumbled upon a Caribbean market that stocked them and they've been fans for life. We loved our meal and service was excellent but just know it's an informal cafe and they mostly serve food to go. So not much atmosphere in this worn strip mall. There are 3 small cafe style tables but you will need to order at the counter. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

Lets talk about the vibes first...amazing decor and vibes, decor and walls and atmosphere is very cool and unique I truly love it so much. I also ordered the pesto turkey sandwhich to share and I can not express how good this was. Perfectly crispy, juicy and fresh. Took the first bite and literally gasped because not only was the bread toasted to perfection but the veggies and turkey were so flavorful. The veggies and pesto and turkey were also layered in a way that made every bite delectable and that to me is art. Loved it, want more of it and I WILL be back to try more drinks and sandwhiches.

It's third ave I mean if you are from San Diego you know it's either neighborhood parking or the meters. Not a big deal though. I am greeted by Karely and her big smile, one of the baristas. It is tiny location but long, they have two gender neutral bathrooms at the end. A few tables to sit down inside and out. A cute bench with the view of third ave traffic. Interior decor is super cute I loved, one of my favs was this board they have which is a basically you pay a coffee forward and you put the sticky there for the next person to get their drink. I totally don't work there so I would just reconfirm what can be redeemed. Drink: I get an iced dirty chai WITH banana cold foam. 10/10 must try. They also offer matcha for you matcha lovers. I literally told my sister "oooh a deli, I want a torta after" and then I headed into Bellus. As I was walking in the owner of this deli confronted me telling me not to park there and I let him know I had just been dropped off and wouldn't be taking up any of his parking and he continued "the car, the car" so persistently I had to just about yell at him that she left and we weren't parked there. Mind you his establishment was completely empty at the time. Not that it would be an excuse if we did park there( which I would never do). Throughout my entire appointment I was thinking about how crazy he came at me and when I decided to mention it to the esthetician student doing my facial she mentioned she had ordered some tostilocos from him the day prior that came with apple on them (unusual) and that the cueritos on them were mushy and when she asked for her money back on them he had an attitude about it, which I believe given what I saw from him today. On my way out I stopped to let him know that I was a potential customer and he totally deterred me from patronizing his business. Oh and shocker: his place was still empty when I told him this and it was lunchtime. Interesting.
