I've never had worst servicee. Sure the food is good, hot and ready to go but if I wanted to feel like shit for the way I paid for my food then i would have cooked for myself. I understand work is hard but they are paid to make the customer feel welcomed. read more

I am not a big fan of this franchise but they do have certain menu items that I really like. My favorite is the chicken tenders which are delicious with the white gravy that they have but in my opinion the taste of these tenders has been lacking as of lately at this location. The service is its biggest weakness since most of the ladies that work at this location can be a bit rude at times and seem to really be unhappy. This is not the best way to run a business where the customer can tell that your employees seem to really hate what they do. It simply makes you want to go somewhere else because you don't feel wanted at the business. My recommendation to management would be to work on their customer service because that is the key part to a franchise specially a fast food restaurant. read more

Typical Church's Fried Chicken. I've NEVER dined in, and always get something through the drive-thru. They are consistently good, and have rarely screwed up my order. read more
