Place to be if you're watching any sporting event. Friends and I came here for a double header Monday and it was good for wings, drinks and just enjoying with other NFL fans. The service is a bit slow (not sure if it was due to staffing) but the smoked wings were worth the wait (5 sweet habanero and 5 ghost pepper ) with fries and a nice cold beer. The main event was blasting on the main speakers and it was a bit louder than expected as we're having difficulties just hearing each other at the table, but asking the waitress to consider just a little lower they were able to accommodate. Hard no. After some odd hour when a Mexican soccer team is playing the lights go out and only the "game" is played. No staff answer questions why this happens. It alienated all other guests. They allow motorcyclist gangs to park on walkway in front of restaurant. My first beer was served in a broken glass. Again; hard no. Avoid this place like the plague. It was ok, wait staff wasn't super pumped. Good was decent and the beer was cold. I thought the wings were middle of the road.

Food was not very good, service was mediocre.... First perplexing thing was when we asked what kind of beers they have, the waitress didn't know, said it's probably on the menu. We asked if there was a local brew/beer, and they were confused. Ordered cheese sticks first, they were okay, nothing special, similar to Arby's with fake cheese and thick batter. Didn't get any plates, silverware, or napkins. Got up to get them myself. Ordered 10 wings, all drums, they came out with 8 flats and 2 drums. Barely warm temperature. Sauce flavoring wasn't very good. Mac and cheese had no flavor, half the dish was water. Waitress was nice and fairly attentive, rest of staff seemed confused with even normal tasks... watched them scratch their head trying to figure out how to put two tables together to accommodate a large party. Soooo much potential, lots of TVs, good menu, cool building.... improve the food and better train the staff and it can be awesome! read more

My friends and i drove by this establishment several times and decided to stop in. We ordered the apple martini drink special and the drink came with some sort of spice around the rim, which we didn't particularly care for. They should of informed us of this beforehand. Then we ordered a variety of wing flavors...habanero, bourbon flavor, and sweet chili. We also ordered fried pickles, parmasean fries and cheese sticks. The wings had no flavor and the lemon pepper wings had all the seasoning in the bowl as opposed to on the chicken. The fried pickles were salty as were the cheese sticks. Pretzel bites were actually a large pretzel cut into pieces and grilled/fried. Taste was okay but don't call them pretzel bites. Why not just serve pretzel sticks?? Also how can you not have a burger on the kid menu? You offer like 10+ burgers, yet the kids can't have one? I asked and the waitress said "oh well the burgers aren't that big anyway". Fried pickles were obviously frozen and had way too much batter. Like the pickle took up 25% and the rest was soggy batter. No. I have the plate back with all of those pickles left on it. With football season around the corner, I decided to take advantage of a great deal on Groupon in the hopes of finding a chain other than BWW to catch a game. Service was great (but we did go at a pretty early time) and we had no trouble ordering. Being the honest judge that I am, Wings & Rings fits the game day wing/bar feel for pigskin season. The place looks decent inside and I was pretty surprised at the freshness of the salad. Cobb salad, bright and leafy green and FYI they go Heavy on the tomatoes. Today at lunch the Hostess was excellent!! She was exited and had a big smile and great customer service. The waitress however could use some pointers in learning how to smile from that hostess. Also I didn't appreciate that she kept speaking in Spanish to me after she acknowledged I was speaking English and took our entire order in English. Just kinda rude and not pleasant. The food was great we had the 2 for $7.99 great deal and plenty of food. The boneless wings were extra tasty and fresh & the potato wedges were perfect. My boyfriend had the double pork sandwich he said it was hot and fresh & the bun was really good. Starters we had the fried pickles they were a tad over done but everything else was delicious. I love the atmosphere and this location is bigger than most. The game room is cool. Our server Allison was awesome! She took our order immediately and got a refill immediately as I finished my drink! On a recent business trip I decided I wanted to eat some wings, drink some beer and watch some football. Shouldn't be so difficult, right? I'd never eaten at Buffalo Wings & Rings before and I love to try new wing flavors so I thought I'd give it a try. The flavor selection was fairly broad and you can also order each flavor in any of 5 different levels of heat. So far I'm really liking this place. The wings come out and they are doused in sauce, still looking good. I take my first bite of Parmesan and garlic wings and... the sauce is so strong it burns, not from being too hot, but having way too much garlic. Understand, I LOVE garlic so strong doesn't usually bother me. I decided to try the Lemon and Pepper flavor... this time the sauce was so tart it make me pucker. It was like sucking on a real lemon. My waitress saw my reaction and suggested that I stir the wings... "Sometimes, they just dump the flavoring on and it doesn't get mixed in real well." Okay, I'll give it a try... but no such luck. The wings were awful. They were so bad I only ate 3 and just couldn't take any more. Honestly, it tasted like the flavoring was a concentrate that the kitchen was supposed to dilute but didn't. To their credit, the waitress informed the manager who took the wings off my bill and gave me an appetizer sampler platter. To make a long story short, the onion rings were average, the fried mozzarella was okay, and the potato skins were alright. Nothing to get excited about. Really HUGE beers at a great price, and the atmosphere is really great for sports games. Most importantly, the wings! I think that the wings are definitely better than BWW or any other chain restaurant for wings. The size and meatiness of the wings was standard, so they were not much better in that aspect than the other places. However, I love the way that they do the sauces. They break up the spice of the sauce with the sauce flavor. Therefore, you can order any of the wing sauces at any level of spice. Good stuff! read more

The wings and onion rings leave a lot to be desired....that's not good for an establishment that supposedly specializes in this.
