I used the app to place a pickup order. When I arrived in the drive-thru, I was told that you have to come inside to get mobile orders. I explained that I was not picking up for Uber or Door Dash, I was the customer. She double downed. I asked what I needed to do to cancel the order. A gentleman then intervened and said he would bring it out. (I'm in an orthopedic boot right now so I appreciated it.) Ultimately, the wait time was excessive and my chicken tenders were rubbery / undercooked and fries were cold and oversalted. I haven't eaten and Church's in about 5 years and this most recent experience made me remember why I haven't been back in 5 years even though they're very close to my home and stay open late. This is the worst location in Georgia. Horrible customer service and seems to now be very unsanitary. Twice now, I have seen the "cook" (the man with the plastic white apron) go in the trash can area, close the door and urinate outside of the dumpster. Like is the toilet broke? This churches chicken is 100% GHETTO FABULOUS! I don't know how the district manager/churches owner allow these bums to continue to ruin the Church's name. Went here for some chicken the girl at the counter kept her head down the whole time never acknowledged that I was standing there after five minutes she said oh I'll take your order in a minute. He had on some black gloves. Worst place ever to order from. We asked for freshly dropped chicken. The food was cold the mashed potatoes soupy. The cashier bagged the food wrong which caused the gravy from the mashed potatoes to waste in the bag. I didn't asked him to fix it just give me a gravy for the mashed potatoes. He charged me for the gravy even though the gravy spilling in the bag was his fault. He gave me Mac and cheese instead of the okra I asked for. The services great, with specific employees. The food is a 5 out of 10 at most. Well they are always out of everything. The staff are mostly rude and nonchalant. The prices are usually incorrect from what's on the menu board and they still charge you. The light doesn't work on the menu board. But the worst part is the taste of the chicken!! It is so bland. I don't think they even uses salt. I ordered a 4 Piece Tenders meal. Was told it would be a 15 min wait from this rude dry sense of humor lady at the drive thru. This was during the lunch rush around 1200 noon so I wasn't worried because it would be fresh chicken then. I have never been to this place when they didn't get my order wrong. No matter what pains I take to explain my order, in the restaurant or at the drive through, they put whatever they want in the bag and charge whatever they want. For example, I got okra instead of fries. How does that happen? One of the managers looks like she just fell into a pool and poured flour all over herself, unbuttoning half her buttons with wild hair, gold teeth and tattoos. Diet Coke was out - no sign, no apology. Lemonade, too. Last time I was there, the person who made my order was wearing a face mask -- around her neck, not her face. Yes, I think we all at some point get a craving for Church's Chicken. Well at least I do. Greasy Goodness!! Well if you do, this is not the one to go to. The short space they used for a drive thru was backed up to the street giving me a choice to sit in the drive thru with the butt of my car in the way of traffic or go in. So I goes in. There were only two other customers inside other than me, but it took extremely long to get my food. The lone cashier was very slow with taking orders and ventured to the back for some unknown reason in between orders. The cashier also had the responsibility of boxing the food which was also done at a snail's pace. The food took so long, at one point I thought about leaving after I had placed my order and paid. But then thought about the year I would wait for the cashier to process a refund transaction. I only give it two stars because the food passed the normal Churchs standards. read more

Just left this place... Customer service was horrible, there were instances where she would say very good selection, which is probably part of their "sayings" like chickfila says "my pleasure". When I added on a item she said "dat it?" And when I got my drink had to wait for my food. Not a worry fresh is best!
