Have Known Chuy for a long time. Today I had to get my front tint's removed for fix a ticket. Came in at 11:50 was out by 12:10 set up retint on Monday. He has a great staff working in 2 great convenient locations. The best in the south bay. I always refer my friends to him and they all are happy with his quality tint and service. Extremely thorough tint work! I've been having tint our cars for over 6 years now. A total of 10 cars for various family members. Chuy and his wife do such a marvelous tint work. They are extremely thorough and use only the best materials. He is also mobile so it's extremely convenient. The best part about Chuy's service is that he stands behind his work 100% not matter how long it takes. He has returned to replace tint on my BMW when I noticed a small tear. He makes no excuses and doesn't try to wiggle out of his warranty. Also, the high quality tint material he uses doesn't cause "starburst" at night when looking at the rearview mirror. It is crystal clear at night despite the rear defogger lines. Finally, the price is appropriate for the quality of the work and materials plus his warranty. I had my windows tinted here about 6 weeks ago. I waited a little to see if my thoughts on the tint would change over time, they have a little bit. I read how some mofos get so worked up about tint, like if a bad tint job was tantamount to their grandma getting raped or some shit. I had a station wagon done for $199...a cheaper price than most places, it has at least two more windows than most cars. I had an appointment first thing in the morning...the place was open, Chuy's son opened the joint, but Chuy didn't show up until about an hour later or something...whatever, but not cool. My first thought was the tint looked awesome. On your reciet they tell you if you see little bubbles and streaks, they will shrink wrap with time...Well...upon closer inspection, my tint was full of bubbles and streaks...I bugged out a little, but then after a few days, it did take care of itself, just like they say...but....but....but then I saw a flaw. A flaw which bothered me, and gnawed at my guts like a termite on balsa. A tiny little microscopic scrap of tint material was sandwiched between my tint and my driver side window. I tried not to think about it, but I kept looking at it, and looking at it. I was pissed...I felt like my grandma got raped, I thought about storming back there and causing a fuss...Fortunately for me, I cant make it there during the week, and I don't feel like wasting a saturday getting that re-done. After several weeks, I really don't get bothered by the flaw. The tint looks fine, I'm sure it will hold up with time, and it was pretty cheap. Probably not a place I'd take my Ferrari F40 to get window tint, but for 99% of the cars out there, it's a decent comprise between price and quality. read more

I wish i could give this guy 0 stars because he doesnt deserve not even one star he did out window tinting on our lexus and we werent satisfied he had twisted his words and said he didnt have what we orginally asked for when before going there he said he had it but whatever that wasnt even the case after when we told him we werent satisfied he agreed to take it off and refund our money all was well until i watched him across and just peel off the tint when he had told me he had to use a gun not to mess up the windows my passenger and front window didnt matter but he conpletely messed up my defroster wires when i went back to get my money i asked one of the kids there who handed me the money hey do u know by any chance if my defroster wire were messed up at all and he said no nothing is and i told him okay im gunna get them checked out and he said okay yeah nothing was messed up but what made me laugh was that i guess they give there customer a free little light as a key chain and when i went to get my money they took it back they really swear like i was gunna be so damm worried bout it i dont need there key chain nor do i ever need there service HORRIBLE job. This place sucks big time I went in to get window tint on my lexus is300 they put on the tint which was the one I didn't want they put fx premium and I want it the color stable they were saying they are the same film but they are not. Well I was ok with the film I went home I was thinking about the film they put on and decided to go back and have them remove the tint they told my gf they were going to use the heating gun to remove it but they didn't the guy just ripped off the film and that wasn't professional some fucking lazy ass job cuz they were mad cuz they lost money I paid them. So they remove the defroster wires and now I went back to them telling them they messed up my defroster and they don't want to do anything about it. The stupid fucking money hungry of chuy doesn't want to do anything about it. I'll go to bbb and report his ass. Don't do business with chuy go with robs tinting he is a professional. Not like wanna be window tinters chuy and crew. read more

Chuy's customer service is excellent. He came to our house to have our two vehicles tinted. Very good quality materials used manufactured by 3M. After about a week, we found out one of the windows had a scratch and he was willing to come back an redo the job without any question. I am very pleased with the service.
