Rice was colder. The beans were lukewarm at best.... And I'm only five minutes from the restaurant. How does this happen? Although the taste was good, there's no excuse for this food, arriving as cold as it was. The dips that came along with the chips were nice and cold, but they weren't in the container, so I'm not sure, once again, how my food arrived so incredibly cold. So very disappointing. read more

The food was flavorful. The enchiladas had a little spice, but not too too much. The hatch chile salsa was spicier. They were packed with chicken and cheese which was nice. Horrendous. Oh my god, was this place terrible. If it wasn't the roaches scurrying around on the floor to turn you off, the taste of the food definitely will. My enchiladas were so salty they were borderline inedible. I had a few bites and then gave up. Came here with a few other coworkers, and I don't think any of them were happy with the food that they got either - it was either too salty or burnt, or both. Very busy place. The food was a fast food version of Tex-Mex cuisine. It was good, but missed the true taste of an authentic Mom/Pop Tex-Mex Restaurant. The restaurant was Very Loud! I ordered the custom enchiladas with the "hottest salsa you've got." I got a cheese enchilada and a beef enchilada. Both were absolutely fantastic. My favorite thing about this place was definitely the salsa they bring as an appetizer. It's basically pico de gallo. So good. The queso was pretty great, as well. My wife got the taco salad. She seemed to like it. She was also a big fan of the salsa and queso. My son got a cheese quesadilla and fries. He didn't like it, but his opinion is irrelevant because he thinks Dominos has the best pizza in the world. Our waitress, Elisha, was great. She was very attentive and did a great job keeping drinks full and taking care of us. She gets a gold star for service, for sure. I really like this place. It was so much food we had several dinners and lots of leftovers! It was ALL DELICIOUS!!!! This worked out so great with a house full of company everyone eat and no one went to bed that night hungry. She was extremely friendly and engaging and met all our dining needs promptly and courteously. High marks for her. The food was served quickly and hot and was delicious. I had the Steak Burrito with Hatch Green Chili sauce, served with Mexican rice and refried beans. The steak in the Burrito was tender and tasty. The sauce was spicy hot but not overpowering.
