Her demeanor often makes it feel as though customers are inconveniencing her simply by asking for assistance. On my most recent visit, I went through the drive-thru and realized my drinks were incorrect. When I called back, instead of apologizing or offering to correct the order, she proceeded to tell me what the drinks were supposed to be as though I hadn't tasted them and couldn't tell that they were incorrect. She then asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. I simply told her I would return to get what I originally ordered. When I brought the drinks back inside, she took them to the back, and it took an unusually long time to receive the replacements. Given the interaction up to that point, the delay made me uncomfortable, and I would have preferred for the drinks to simply be remade at the bar where I could see them being prepared. What was most disappointing was that there was never an apology, not for the incorrect order, the inconvenience of having to return, or the interaction itself. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. As someone who frequents this establishment, consistent courtesy and basic customer service should not be too much to expect.
