Okay I'm updating my previous reviews since it's been a while! For my Zumba girls that are looking for a gym with a variety of instructors. Here is the run down! I attend morning classes and I'm 2 weeks into trying multiple Zumba classes. Kleven is fairly new! Great class plays a variety of music he even throws on Kevin little "let me hold you" you know that's a banger. He's great for beginners the routines are easy to follow. Maria D - Such an awesome fun class! She legit makes it a whole party with lights and everything! Her music choices slap! Noel - Saturday class omg!! You'll learn a whole dance routine and his energy is on another level! Incredible! All three have been so welcoming and supportive! For the fast paced classes give yourself time to learn their style and routines! Definitely check them out :) read more

I had a very disappointing experience here on June 26, 3026, around 4:20 p.m. I was working out on a bench in an area that is commonly used for exercise and not marked as a fire exit or restricted zone--no tape, no barriers, nothing indicating it was off-limits. Two employees came through with a trash cart and said they were coming through. I immediately started moving my belongings, but even after I clearly asked one of them not to touch my items, they still moved the bench and weights themselves. One of them also grabbed my gray towel and tossed it onto the bench. It wasn't thrown far, but that's not the point--I had just asked them not to touch my belongings. It felt disrespectful, and honestly, it was embarrassing since it happened in front of other customers. When I later tried to address it calmly with the employee I believed was in charge, he responded by saying he didn't like my approach and then postured like he wanted to escalate things physically. That was surprising and completely inappropriate behavior toward a customer. I also spoke with the manager and supervisor earlier that day (around 4:08 p.m.) and explained that this kind of interaction is not acceptable. Staff should be trained to de-escalate and handle situations professionally--not react defensively or aggressively. I'm not someone who usually complains, but this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. Disrespect toward customers and behavior that feels confrontational should not be happening in a place like this. read more

I'm really disappointed with my experience at Chuze Fitness. From the start, I had issues signing into their app. I sent two emails to the address provided (Rialto@chuze.com), but never got a response. When I called for help, the clerk just kept repeating that I "needed to sign into the app" without actually listening to my problem. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, only to find out that the email I had been using isn't even monitored--even though it goes to the managers. Instead, I was told I should have emailed the front desk email to get help, which is nowhere clearly stated. On top of that, every time I asked to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold and told they would "talk to them," but I was never actually connected to one. This is very poor communication and a frustrating way to treat members. If Chuze is going to provide an email for support, it should be monitored. And when a customer asks for a manager, they should actually be able to speak with one, not be given the runaround. I had to email corporate and they finally helped me and I cancelled my membership. read more

Ive been a loyal member at this gym for 2 years & the way I was treated tonight was absolutely disgusting. I was waiting for the Smith machine that was occupied as I did free weights next to it & when it was finally free to use I set myself up to use it when Sabino told me someone else was waiting for it & if I can get off. Obviously I was waiting for it to, just like anyone who's waiting there turn its 1st come 1st serve, So me being shocked I got up and gave it to his little friends to use as they gave me a ugly look as if i wasn't there first. Right after this inconvenience, my daughter got hit in the mouth at kids club and one of the workers in there thought it was okay to laugh when I said i wasnt returning. This is disgusting and immature behavior and they should be embarrassed for acting that way. & thank you Sabino for helping me make the right choice of canceling my membership!! read more

I would have rated this gym a 5 star but the have an ancient tanning machine ( one only) that doesn't work. I tried it and it was the saddest 9 minutes I'm never getting back and it didn't even get hot. It just needs to be updated other than that staff is kind , and place is clean. read more

This Chuze actually sucks so bad. So stinky and humid. Dirty. The girls don't know anything or maybe they do but don't wanna help. I got the 7 day pass and asked how to use the sauna , she said "oh it's in the women's restroom" (which I knew because there's a huge sign but there's room after room and people in there, both genders, the floor was wet? And it was just confusing so I went to the front desk for help) I said "ok but how do I use it or what do I do." She said "scan it and go inside " I said "ok????? But I what do I do after ??????, like do I just go in a room or " She said "yeah.....". NO GOOD DIRECTIONS AT ALL. NO EYE CONTACT AT ALL TOO !!!! She was looking outside ??? WHILE TALKING TO HER. SHORT ANSWERS. pissed me off so bad how they can't go and show u how to use the damn sauna. I won't return , this gym sucks, which sucks they do have good machines. Idk how they can't help out a new customer. Or at least give good directions or walk me to the sauna. So I went into the sauna and that thing was so confusing , I just left. I was so pissed. My son and I visited Rialto (normally visit Fontana). The equipment is older but they still do the job. Nothing was out of order that I noticed. During peak hours it will be hard to get all the equipment you need but that's true of any gym Staff were super friendly when we entered the door. It's closer to home than Fontana from a time standpoint but we like our home gym. Nice to visit for a change. read more

Started with a free trial of this gym and so far they seem to have it together. The front desk staff that took care of me was very informative, courteous and helpful. I did a tour around the the gym and was impressed of how clean and fresh the place is. There are gym out there that as soon as you walk in there is a certain "dirty, and sweaty smell" all over, I know you know what I mean by that?! Of course you do, but this place seems to have a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of my work out was getting on the hydro massage beds, it truly made a huge difference on my body for sure. I truly enjoyed my work out and thinking about signing up. I know it's summer but it seems like this location always has an issue with their a/c. Some days it feels like a sauna, especially in the free weights area. I've been hearing that one of their a/c units is not working. When people are having to fan themselves you know something needs to be fixed. This probably the cleanest and most well maintained gym in the area (ive tried 24 hour fitness, planet fitness, etc) but I had to cancel my membership eventually due to the limited opening hours. The staff are super nice/ helpful and they always greet you when you walk in and are always available in case you need help with anything. I always see them cleaning around the gym constantly. The equipment always looked clean and whenever something needs repairing, it is done within a couple days. There is also a decent variety of equipment for both upper body and lower body. They also have 3 barbell racks and 1 smith machine. One thing that made this gym great was the wiping culture. Most of the gym goers here will wipe down their equipment and bench for the next person which i feel is super hygienic compared to the trenches that I have recently worked out in. Unfortunately I did find myself having to change gyms nevertheless. They are not a 24 hours gym and the close pretty early on the weekends which creates HUGE CROWDS on most evenings and you have to wait so long for every piece of equipment. If you are someone that does a lot of barbell or free weight exercises, be prepared to wait like 45 mins (in a queue) doing some accessory work or something while you wait your turn for a barbell or a bench to free up. If this gym were to revert back to a 24 hour schedule, I would renew my membership so fast and I know many of the former chuze members I see at the local 24 hour fitness would do the same. Other than the cons I listed, I gave 4 Stars because this is the cleanest gym with the most attentive staff in the area, and the membership prices are very affordable. So in the beginning of November(11-5) I was attempting to cancel my memberships. I was told that I had an outstanding balance of $150 before I could cancel. Some yearly membership BS charge plus Dec dues as November dues are already paid. Tried explaining no I have no interest in using the facilities period, sorry that's the rules. In my estimation that's bad business. Update the staff said my memberships were not "Active" but they are very much active, as both agreements are on auto pay...So yes I was forced to pay $150 dollars for Dec dues which I stated I was not interested in using on 11-5-20, and a 49.99 charge on ea agreement...word to the wise read your agreements, I will share with as many people that I speak with about this. When this place opened back In sept 2020 outdoors, it was dope..Now they are completely indoors and and at times it gets jam packed... The most annoying thing is when people don't wear their masks properly.. From the personal experience from the times I've been in, THE ONLY worker I see hustling, putting in hard work and also has a great attitude w members is some dude named Jason, I believe that's his name. Can't say the same about other employees, for example there's this lil white girl at the front desk, usually works am.. she's pretty rude and rarely ever cleans.. she's more preoccupied about her bfs workout than her job. Signed up with Chuze Rialto a month ago & love the gym! Overall first visit met with the staff & they were happy to do a walk thru and explain each area of the gym. Very impressed with the size & areas to work out in. Plenty of different style machines for cardio & free style workout. The schedule for classes is impressive also. The girls were super helpful in getting the registration process started and we signed up for $20/mo pkg that included hydro-massage, tan & multi-location use which is a plus for my husband to use in SD (3 locations). Impressed with the staff each time I come as they are very friendly when greeted and when you leave! I dont have much interaction with them in between except to get my tickets for the hydro massage (highly recommended) and the tanning. I like these options which is just an added bonus to my gym membership! The overall gym is kept clean, machines are all good working order but someone mentioned the sauna was out of order but I haven't used yet. They have lockers located in front to use and also in the changing area to use with your own lock. An added bonus is using the Chuze app to gain points for freebie stuff! It was a good run while it lasted but After 1 year with you I've decided to invest in my own gym equipment and keep that money to myself. Chuze was a really good home away from home I usually spent 7 hours a week with ya and enjoyed all the amenities from the smoothie bar, free weights, cardio movie theater, massage chairs, and showers. One thing that I never had the chance to try was their pool :( The gym had great prices for great hours. They were open 24 hours about 4 days a week with adjusted hours for the weekend. One thing that stood out here was the familiarity and rapport each employee treats EVERY SINGLE guest with and the cleanliness. Comparable to the cleanliness of 24 hour fitness this place was OFF THE CHARTS! So long Chuze Although I'm technically with you through the end of this month, I can't fathom myself going back in One draw back from this gym is that they have limited clubs. First time here bought the 50 dollar membership the one that includes the child care but it's honestly not even worth it today I came to one of the classes it said it starts at 5:15 got there at 5:18 I'm a shy person so the coach was busy giving instructions so I waited until he wasn't busy which was around 5:22 he didn't let me in the class he said they only have 5 minutes grace period which I was there before the 5 minute grace period ended just didn't want to interrupt him I just thought it was rude the way he talked to me I understand he's teaching a class which is why I waited so I wouldn't interrupt him and it was my first time there how was I suppose to know there was a grace period or whatever plus I couldn't find parking took me a bit I just didn't feel it fair not coming back here read more

I wanted to update my review, because the gym has made many upgrades, such as some new equipment, new paint, flooring and turf area. They've also upgraded the sound system in the workout room for group exercises. Which is an improvement, it's not entirely issue free, but it's much better I would recommend this gym with all the new updates. Jeremiah, unique, Andrew are all some of the staff and instructors that make this gym better. There are others as well, just don't have time to mention. read more

I've been coming to this gym for a while now and i've noticed there's been an ongoing issue with the women's showers ! The water temperature is a HUGE issue. There is no hot water some days at all and this whole two weeks there's been no hot water, on top of that usually the cold label (color blue) in the shower is warm and the hot label (color red) is cold . This gym has a good vibe , the staff are great , but the gym itself needs to be extremely updated especially the showers. Some people like myself hit the gym before work and have to shower with limited time. Please fix the water and shower issue. read more

Always super clean! I have been a member for over 3 years and everyone is so kind and have great customer service. They greet everyone that comes through the door. Anytime I have a question they are quick to help me. Enough equipment to use and anytime something it out of service it s usually fixed quickly as well! read more
