The reviews on Yelp say everything out this facility. I signed my contract for month to month on Saturday where is was not super busy. I went on Tuesday for my first visit and there was at least 150 people in the facility... no cardio equipment, no machines, teenagers sitting on machines on their phones, basically unusable. Emailed customer service to cancel within the three day window, still waiting to hear back. This gym is cheap, but is not worth the money. There are not even close to enough cardio equipment or weight equipment for the number of people in the gym. If you are a beginner this is not the place for you... especially if you have anxiety around other people in close contact. Stay away and look for other slightly more expensive options... avoid EOS fitness. read more

So sorry forgot to take picture inside because I was having so much fun. I belong to this gym locally in my hometown, but whenever we are on the road we try to stop at another one. This is my third location and I must say it's my favorite. The gym is nice and spacious the staff were extremely friendly and all the machines were great. They have a movie room where you can ride or walk while watching a movie and they also have saunas. They are also located in a nice new shopping center with good choices to eat after a hearty workout. read more

EoS-Jurupa Valley is a very nice EoS location. Our first time at this one. Super packed when we got there but I didn't really wait a long time for any machine since members were in a rush on each machine. Members wiping down after they were done, good job!! Staff are super nice, welcoming and very friendly... I like that a lot!!! Even took a picture of us w the famous EoS mascot, Will. This is the only EoS that I've ever seen Will at, he should be at other EoS locations more often lol! I love these fun days when I could go w the hubby to check out different EoS locations since it's time well spent. Overall, definitely would go back when we're in the area. I signed up 15 days ago during the welcome workout with the trainer this was the first time someone took the time to ask what my goals are what I do work how I spend my time and went over any injury's I've had then helped me build positive routines around that I've been coming 5 days a week the sauna went down they had it fixed 2 days later which was awesome recently I had my wife with me and another trainer came by gave us pointers and helped pushed us to do more reps and had a great energy everyone on staff has been super helpful!! read more

I can't fully rate this place, as it hasn't opened yet. However I figured I jump on board while it's still a decent deal. There's an annual fee and different package prices depending how in depth you're going to use the facility. $9.99 for just the gym. $17.99 to include classes. $22.99 to include unlimited guess pass and to use everything else. However the guest pass cannot be used at other locations. No pool. Has cinema. Has outdoor weights area as well. Shower. Sauna. No childcare Towel "service" for $10/month, current promotion is $5/month. I can imagine it'll be busy. So far there seems to be ample parking but they're expanding the area so more seems to be being built in the area. Do NOT go here. On November 18, 2025, I changed my membership from Will Power ($29.99) to Will Do ($9.99). Despite this, I was still charged $29.99 for December and January. I reported this issue to the front desk after the January payment was processed, explaining that I had updated my account in November. It's February 12, 2026, there has been no follow up and no refund... it's been nearly 4 weeks after I reported the incident. I keep getting the runaround from Kylie, who tells me "it's been sent to the DM" and "I'm going to escalate your ticket." I specifically told Kylie that I needed to ensure I would be charged $9.99 because my membership was scheduled to draft on February 20, 2026. She assured me the change would be made by then. February 20th comes around, and I am STILL being charged the incorrect amount. I returned to the gym, and Isaiah apologized, saying a ticket had been submitted on February 12. Why was the ticket submitted so late when I reported the issue in mid-January? No one seemed to have an answer. I gave them another week to resolve the issue. Now, it's February 27, 2026, and NOTHING has been done. No refund for December or January. Now, they're saying they "may not refund me" for the February overpayment because it was applied to March. This is NOT how you run a business. If I hadn't noticed I was being overcharged, they would have continued charging me $29.99. In fact, they STILL charged me $29.99 even after I reported the issue. It's crazy to think that over six weeks have passed since I initially notified them, and NOTHING was ever done, they continued charging me the wrong amount. I went in today to cancel my membership, and they said they would submit a ticket. Knowing how this business operates, that ticket will likely sit in the queue for another six+ weeks, and I'll continue being charged. Please avoid the headache and go somewhere else. I travel for work and have been to a bunch of EOS locations. This is by far the worst one. Nothing compares. -Over 15 people on staff, but none of them are supposed to clean (a third party does it) so instead of financing cleaners, you get a TON of staff with no real reason to be there. -Bathrooms look like a horror film, decorated with wads of hair and bodily fluids, and reeking of stagnant water. -Maintenance on equipment is non-existent. -they oversold the gym, so it's way to busy to actually work out at any time of day. So if you're looking for a gym with the sanitary standards of a condemned 7-eleven, this is the spot! read more

Called 6/16 at 551am, called and asked if I can use a guest pass and or membership within 30 mins what would be the process and was told to walk in or do the guest pass and they can help me out. Walked in at 630 am to get a workout in driving from Fontana which would be a 30 min drive and was told to come back at 8am by Kayla on the front desk. This just gave me a really bad impression of the gym, I told her I drove 30 mins away, and also that i spoke to someone and gave the number I called and I got turned away EVEN when the number I showed who I called and was told you must've called the wrong location. Nice new gym with good equipment, organized weights, and clean amenities... as long as you go between the hours of midnight and 2am. The other 22 hours of the day it's waaaaaaaaay overcrowded; be prepared to throw a few elbows to have enough room on the floor to do your stretches/warm ups, for weights that are scattered everywhere, and long lines to use the machines/cardio equipment. Also, clients keep stealing the smaller equipment like ab wheels and barbell-weight clips, so there's never any available no matter what time you go. read more

EOS Gym has been a solid choice for my workouts great equipment, spacious layout, and I especially love using the Cardio Cinema room for my cardio sessions. It's such a cool concept that makes the time fly by! That being said, I really wish there were more group fitness classes at 5 AM or 6 AM. Early morning classes would be a game-changer for those of us trying to squeeze in a workout before work. Also, as much as I love action movies, I think we've all seen Fast & Furious enough times it would be great to switch up the selections with different genres! Overall, EOS is a great gym with solid amenities, but adding more early classes and a better movie rotation would make it even better! read more

Gym is great, staff is great, BUT don't pay for training, the contract is misleading and outright BS. I cancelled before the 30 day requirement, they charged me $150 ($1,350 total) anyway. They go on to say I did not cancel on time, when I produced the email showing that I canceled on time the General Manager at the time (no longer there) says my initial $150 was for a down payment and didn't count towards my sessions Bullshit Down payment for a service, REALLY. SO F it I finally go back to get the 2 sessions they own me which I paid for and you guessed it, they expired???? Help me understand the BS. Not only is there a deposit/down payment, but they expire if you're sessions aren't done within their timeframe.
