Mitchell did our upstairs reno and the city required him to run a large waste line out the garage, which required going through the foundation wall. They filled the opening with spray foam. First rainstom and we had major flooding. I called, they tried another repair, but more leaks. They have not come out since and I wave resorted to sucking up water after every rainstorm and attempting to filling holes with hydrophobic concrete and sealant.

We used WC builders to renovate our 02 bathrooms when we moved to Chesapeake in 2021. We had…read morenothing but issues when dealing with their tile subcontractor. They had to completely redo the tilework in both bathrooms because of discrepancies and shoddy workmanship. We are moving again and during the inspection they found that the main shower has been leaking the entire time. The raised step into the shower was not built/sealed right. It leaks into our crawl space as well as through the step and into the bathroom. Throughout every mistake Stuart would emphasize his veteran status (we're military) and that everything would be fixed and we'd be taken care of. Our current contractor has said they cut corners, used cheap materials, and a rubber tray/ membrane that isn't even supposed to used in Virginia. If you value your money go elsewhere. "We do not cut any corners in our construction process." Except when your tile guys put the wrong grout color in. Then removed it and replaced with the correct color, meanwhile cracking many of the other tiles and then trying to cover it up with caulking.

Working with Eastco Contracting was a great experience from beginning to end. They were exceptionally courteous and quick to respond to any question or request throughout all phases of the project. They offer a military discount on top of their already affordable estimates, and just because they will deliver an estimate to your project below the competition doesn't mean the work will suffer. The final product was a masterpiece down to every detail. Their lead contractor, Marlon, takes true pride in his work and will not call the job finished until you are 100% happy with the work. As far as the previous review of poor quality, I disagree. The craftsmanship is great and exceeds expectations, and if there are any issues they are quick to come out and fix to your satisfaction. The materials are whatever you pick; they give you, the customer, the choice in every material from cabinets, to floors, to grout, to the hardware, and everything in between.
