Oh what to say about the Ciao Bella team! Where do I start?! I called a couple local wedding planners to shop around. My third call was CiaoBella and Christina got on the line. I felt her excitement & genuine joy through the phone. It felt as though she knew me forever and was as excited as I was, that I had gotten engaged! Once I booked them- they were available via text, email, calls, and any other way that I needed them! They never made me feel like any of my problems were unfixable. "Our initial interactions were very pleasant. The person who took on our account was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed forthright. We signed up with them in June, 2024, to do bartending/staffing for our wedding in October, 2024. We explained to the person who sold us their services that we were in immediate need as we are doing a wedding/ceremony for my fiance's family in another country in Sept. and have a very short turnaround from the time we return to the time we do the American wedding/ceremony. They explained that we would be able to get everything in order prior to our departure in September, which was a great stress relief for us. Then, on July 19th, without so much as a phone call even though the saleswoman has both our phone numbers and previously spoke to us by phone/text, they cancelled our contract. Besides the total lack of communication, and only receiving an email via Gigsalad (who've handled this issue very well thus far), they simply cut us off - because they took on another contract... When I called to discuss how unethical this is, the saleswoman told me she "would feel bad if it was a month before my wedding, but because it's 3 months before, we have enough time." Needless to say, I wasn't interested in the second hand contact to another company she offered, or her half-hearted, get-him-off the phone apology. Ultimately, I can't rate their services, as they never provided any. But if the way they treat their contracts and couples is any indication of their product, then I'd stay far away. As amazing as a wedding is, the run-up, as anyone reading this well knows, is extremely stressful. The last thing you need is a vendor you cannot trust, and based on our interactions, you cannot trust Ciao Bella to honor their word or their contracts." read more

I did a lot of the florals/small details myself, but I needed some help during the month of to help me coordinate the event. They did an amazing job at making a wedding timeline and keeping all of my vendors in the loop. My venue provided a wedding planner who cancelled on me few months before the wedding date (not cool). 2 months before my wedding my venue director recommended Christina from Ciao Bella! Christina with Ciao Bella is amazing. My husband and I had our wedding during the pandemic. There was a lot of stress and concerns but she kept us calm and took charge of everything. She was our go to girl and we couldn't have asked to work with anyone better. She is very detailed and on top of what needs to be done. She also has fun additional packages to make the details of every occasion along the way more memorable such as "Take Me Bridal Shopping." She has her own in house florist that added florals to our rehearsal lunch and bridal suite. She also works with a catering company that put together a cute bridal breakfast for my girls and I and a lunch for the groom and groomsman. I have worked with the best of them, including Mindy Weiss and I can tell you that Christina at Ciao Bella trumps all. First, she has the most amazing ideas. If you want a creative and beautiful event, Christina is a perfect fit. Second, she keeps everything moving and is totally accommodating. I am a very busy business woman. On some days, it was best to work with me via text, others email and others endless phone calls. Whichever it was for that day, Christina went with the flow.
