Their sauces are fresh, flavorful, and SPICY! Instantly levels up whatev seafood you're eating. We've bought salmon, tuna, and that shrimp box more than once, and it never disappoints. We first tried them at an event where they catered the ceviche and it was so good we had to ask where it came from. If you know ceviche, you know it's either great or it's not--and this one is absolutely great. We've been coming here ever since. There are two locations--this review is for the Moreno Valley one--and Yes, it can get busy-but the seafood is fresh, the prices are right, so its very much worth the wait. This spot is open daily. We love seafood, and will definitely be back.

They also have some other items for sale like beverages, tostadas, spices, and surprisingly some sushi grade items. There are no tables, so don't expect to be able to eat here, unless you take it to your car. We got some ceviche and aguachiles and everything tasted good and fresh, but a little bit too salty for us. We will be back in a few days to try the cajun boil, and may buy some of the frozen seafood for making our own dishes.

The young lady who helped me was also awesome. I love to try different oil and vinegar combinations on salads. Who needs store bought salad dressings full of sugar when you can so easily make delicious dressings yourself? I also used the Tuscan olive oil to roast potatoes and veggies tonight and it smelled amazing and tasted great. I'll be buying all of my oils and vinegars here from now on.

But the main feature here is are the olive oil varieties and the balsamic vinegar varieties. Today, after passing by Ciberia many times, I was able to actually visit this shop during operation hours. After parking in one of many customer-only parking spots, a few steps in and on the right side is the shop for "House of Oil and Vines". I was greeting by the customer service representative who was thoroughly and patient on explaining the various oils and balsamic vinegar, as well as providing samples to taste, blending different oils and vinegar, and even mentioning personal preferences. I felt didn't feel rushed and it was at a comfortable pace. The variety of pure regional olive oils wasn't too many but with at least 8 - 10 on tap to try, it was nice. There were probably around 10 - 12 infused olive oils, ranging from garlic infused to the citrus Meyer lemon infusion to the surprisingly spicy mango habanero flavor. There were also white balsamic vinegar and dark balsamic vinegar, and varieties of infused balsamic vinegar in white and dark options. Thankfully, there was a water dispenser and a small cup of water to help clear the taste of each sample before trying another sample. While the olive oils and balsamic vinegar are not cheap, they are not too expensive. I do wish the labels would display where the olive oils and vinegar had their distinct origins sourced from, but perhaps I should have asked the customer service rep. If I need to buy some more unique infused olive oil and interesting balsamic vinegar, or maybe some olive tapenade, or some unique soaps, or spouts for the two bottles I bought today, I'll come back. That habanero mango infused oil was amazing and spicy in small dosages...

These aren't just burgers, they're the best rated LA burgers now brought to Riverside, and the hype is 100% real and deserved. What sets Urban Skillet apart before you even take a bite is the integrity behind the food 100% non-GMO, grass-fed, organic, and halal. You're not just eating something delicious, you're eating something you can feel genuinely good about. And the flavor? Every single item on the menu is addictive. I have yet to find a miss. The side sauces alone are absolutely elite!!!! The kind you think about days later and use as your excuse to come back sooner than you planned. Knowing that this place started from humble beginnings , literally setting up tents and grew into the brick and mortar gem it is today in Riverside makes every bite taste even better. You can feel the passion, the pride, and the hard work baked into everything they do. The staff moves at the speed of light, endlessly accommodating and genuinely friendly every single time. I've dined in and DoorDashed multiple times and it's always amazing, that consistency is rare and speaks volumes. Urban Skillet deserves every single star and more. A true Riverside treasure.

The restaurant has a casual, trendy brunch vibe and the menu is full of creative options that sounded really good. We tried the Brisket S'Mac Wrap, the Eggcelent Morning, and the truffle fries. The brisket wrap was flavorful and filling, with a nice balance of savory and cheesy. The Eggcelent Morning was solid comfort food and definitely satisfied a brunch craving. The truffle fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and a great shareable side. Service was the one downside. It was not very attentive, and we waited longer than expected for check-ins and refills. It was not terrible, but noticeable enough to impact the experience. Not to mention, it was not very busy at all around the time weren't, which was on a Wednesday around noon. Overall, the food was good and I would come back, especially when in the mood for brunch. With a little improvement in service, this could easily be a great go-to spot

Unfortunately, our experience with the two female servers was disappointing. They came across as rude and made it feel like our large group was an inconvenience. We were passed by multiple times without being helped, and when we finally asked another server to get someone to take our order, he kindly stepped in and helped us himself. He had a great attitude and was very accommodating, which we really appreciated. When our food was brought out, one of the servers had an attitude when we asked a few questions, which added to the negative experience. I wish I had gotten their names. On a positive note, the bartender when we first arrived the gentleman with the long hair was very friendly and helpful. He assisted us quickly while we waited for our table, and that first impression was great. Overall, while the food and some staff were excellent, the service from the two servers on the patio took away from the experience.

Cost is great if you are going for the lunch buffet, but the food was pretty much a letdown when you consider Curry & Kebab is about 15 min away and exponentially better while the restaurant that closed down in University Village (Masala Mischief) had way better and culturally accurate flavors. The flavors here could barely be considered Indian where UCR's dorm food made by non-Indians had more accurate seasoning than here during their lunch buffet. Everything was watered down, cooked until super dry, and unflavorful. I wouldn't be surprised if you told me it was made by an American cook who thought Indian spices were too spicy and got rid of everything. In addition, things that are supposed to be dairy based and runs and tastes like water is very disappointing. All-in-all, the service was ok (food was replenished and we got our naan, but not exactly checking on people all that much) , cost vs filling is fine, but I honestly wouldn't even eat it even if offered for free. The room is on the dark side but at least somewhat comfortable. I'll give it a 2 star because these people seem to be ok people and the plates and whatnot were clean (as I've seen worse elsewhere). Also the naan wasn't bad (I still like elsewhere) but the naan was definitely better than barely edible.

The main dining room is open seating. On the left side is their banquet room for special events and private parties. A nice space to hold an intimate gathering. We dug right into their lunch buffet priced at $16.95. They also have a lunch special for $12.95. Buffet had veggie egg rolls and fritters, fish, tandoori chicken, tikka masala chicken or veggie, lentils, potato, rice, chic pea salad, mustard greens, salad station with lettuce, tomato and red onions, with mint and tamarind sauces, oranges and rice pudding. A nice spread of traditional dishes and sides. Fresh garlic nan was brought out in a basket for the table. Not sure if this is refillable we were too full to ask for another. Flavors were tasty and service was great. Overall a cute little spot among the surrounding shops. Parking is plentiful but area can be a little sketchy.
