Firstly, I would like to say that when I read the previous review I was hesitant to do any kind of…read morebusiness with Patrick Cloutier at Centum Home Lenders as he was the person I was referred to. However, I decided that I needed to make my own opinion of this person. I'm happy that I did! He was helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to help us (and even got us a better rate than the bank was offering!). He worked with us every step of the way, kept us informed and delivered on the date specified (even though I didn't believe him as it was quicker than expected). When i called he was either available or would call back right away. With all this said, I referred someone else to him and he delivered the same professional and timely manner that he had given to us. (they even thanked me for referring him to them). I hope this helps making your decision as I would definitely go back to him and refer other people to him also with no hesitation. Take care!!
