The cost to fix the lever should have been mitigated by the diagnostic fee, but that's a different story. A week later, 8/31, my husband goes to pop the hood on his car and the lever came off. My husband literally just paid $220 for the lever to be fixed so he calls the mechanic to explain the issue. The mechanic literally says "So what do you want me to do?" That is extremely unprofessional as my husband was just saying that he shouldn't have to repay to fix something that broke less than a week later. The mechanic did say to bring the car in, however, my husband was just trying to confirm that he wouldn't be charged again as we don't live close to the shop. The mechanic said "well I don't work for free" Get some respect when you speak to customers. No one was asking for free service - just to right the wrong. I 1000% do not recommend this mechanic.

I put the entire coolant in only to see it disappear in the reservoir. I took it to a different mechanic shop this time and the told me it was the "T" but it likely wore out over time because of how it it was. I told them it was just replaced and they told me likely not because it looks really old. These guys might have just put something over the crack because clearly it wasn't fixed.
