Was in and out with the vehicle in about an hour after a test drive, a request that they let me take the vehicle to a nearby mechanic I found on Yelp (John's Automotive FTW!) to make sure it had a relatively clean bill of health and no surprises. A lot of their cars are in rough condition but after walking around for a while, we found a clean one we wanted to buy. It was after hours so not all banks were still open. We were told buy the manager, the other banks open in the morning and we can get better rates. He said "I've been doing this a long time so I know we'll get better rates tomorrow". The next morning they called and said sorry a co-signer is needed or a larger down payment...I said thats not what you said last night after running my nephews credit AND their website in capital letters reads, "NO CREDIT, BAD CREDIT, COLLECTIONS, MATRICULA, CASH PAYING JOBS, PREVIOUS BANKRUPTCY, REPOSSESSION, FIRST TIME BUYERS? NO PROBLEM!" So the manager is full of crap and doesn't know what he's talking about and also their website is false advertising. It isn't true. My nephew has good credit. It came back in the 700's but now they say he needs more credit and a larger down payment. That is NOT what they told at any point and that is NOT what their website reads. They're full of shit.
