Also trunk wasn't opening as good as before. One guy tried to fix it after shop was closed so he tried fixing it fast because it was already late, and only fixed it somewhat, claimed that was all he could do. Also the bumper paint looks different to the quarter panel as shown in the picture uploaded.

I gave them the yes to start work, they towed my car to their shop from my home, and I was given an update throughout the process which I appreciate. I received my car on Friday 4/21, it's pretty quick turn time, and they sought out the parts etc. My only complaint is that they didn't show me my vehicle or have me test drive it myself before they had me pay my $500 deductible. They are also only open Monday through Friday from 8-5, so I came during my lunch break. It was pretty quick and easy. I paid, and I was given my key and was told my car will be over there. Other than that, my car does look brand new and was running smoothly. They said they charged my car's battery while they were fixing my car. They seem to be honest people who told me what they've found, and it seems to be whatever needed to be fixed was fixed. They also told me that they've been servicing a lot of Kias and Nissans recently. I do recommend them to anyone in the area looking for their vehicle to be fixed after an accident. They will communicate with you and let you know the status of your vehicle etc.

I was referred elsewhere by my insurance and just felt I should stop and see what Mark or Eric had to say about my vehicle damage and repairs. It was brought to my attention that continuing to drive my vehicle could lead to more damage, so I decided to leave it at Airport Auto. Eric was managing my repairs and expeditiously provided a thorough estimate providing it to my claims representative. Eric had spent an excessive amount of time dealing with my incompetent field claims representative who horribly underestimated my damage and repairs. Needless to say, Eric stayed strong and did not let this person manipulate him into accepting lower quality parts or perform low quality work and repaired my vehicle to its previous state. They told me they could continue looking into it, but also mentioned that these types of warning signals "sometimes happen," which didn't give me much confidence. On top of that, I noticed my car was returned without proper care there was dirt left in the back seat. At this point, I no longer trust this shop to handle my vehicle. I will be exploring legal options and recommend others proceed with caution when considering their services.
