She kept talking to other people, and while using a drill on my thumb she burned me. I asked for a trim and she took more than I wanted. No going back from that. My pedicure went better. But, be aware that they push for you to purchase a more expensive treatment. I had to firmly say no after a few tries. The atmosphere was just okay, nothing special.
