I visited the establishment because my children were interested in pizza. Upon entering, we experienced a brief wait due to uncertainty about the ordering process. The cashier inquired about my kids age and proceeded to ring up our order without asking about our beverage preferences, resulting in the unnecessary purchase of two drinks. Unfortunately, the pizza, although showing promise, was undercooked and inedible. The presentation of the cinnamon rolls and breadsticks appeared sloppy. When new pizzas were placed on the counter, they were slid onto the old pans, causing them to fall on the counter. The pasta was soggy, sitting in water, and accompanied by an unappetizing yellow broth. The overall appearance suggested a potential stomach upset. It's good. It would be one of my best pizza places after Papa Johns and dominos. The pizza is really good. The one I'm talking about is the spinach pizza. It hits different. People are nice there. I like to take my kids to Cici's cause I'm a single mom, on a budget, they like the cheap slices, oldest likes the variety. My youngest only eats cheese. Went to your bowling green ky store 2 Sundays ago, around 7pm. It closes @ 10. Barely any pies on the line. Old hard slices. I asked for some different pies, they made one of them. Then I asked which should be standard I'd think, for cheese. I asked @ about 7:10 for it. 7:50 it still wasn't out. My youngest will only eat cheese for whatever reason I need not disclose. More than 40mins & nothing. I asked the guy that was making the pies he gave me an attitude, "l know!" The man in the back in a blue shirt, was that a manager uniform cause he was super rude too. He yelled from the back @ me. I didn't want my son to upset so I simply told him it's coming papi. But I was treated extremely rudely by staff. All of them. Didn't set it off again, so my son didn't get upset. Asked anyone something no one knew anything, no one helped. I know I'm just one person but if enough of the one persons stop going you'll feel the impact. I was extremely disappointed & dissatisfied w the treatment of your staff, & the cleanliness & quality of your food. But they did have time to all stand around & chit chat. I'm Hispanic. I understood every word they said, I'm fully bilingual & your BG store staff needs to be trained how to deal with customers. @ least the staff you had working that Sunday night. I have visited the CiCi's pizza location on a few occasions since it has been in the Buckhead Square strip mall over years. On this evening I was craving a pizza buffet even though I know the quality of the food is standard fare but I had a free soft drink coupon expiring with the purchase of a buffet. I did get to use my coupon and thankfully the restaurant location still had food on the bar and was actively preparing some but upon my first impression it really did lead me to wonder. I stopped in this place about five minutes past 7 pm and arrived to an admittedly nearly empty and already partially closed restaurant. I saw chairs already up on tables in a section and a young man mopping which I can only imagine such started happening somewhere in the 6 pm hour. Seeing such activity made for a really great impression of a warm and inviting atmosphere and especially since the location was not set to close until around 9pm [note sarcasm]. Yes, I do like clean tables, floors, and a kitchen of a restaurant just as much as the next person but seeing such so early rubbed me wrong. Now, I do understand that since during and after the Covid pandemic the labor market of worker shortages has been difficult for a wide variety of businesses to navigate. Though, if a business is going to all but openly prepare for closing three or four hours before the advertised closing time then just be open for takeout/carry out for otherwise is bad business. Of note I dined solo and I am normally accustomed to the experience. I'd however hate to imagine if I had a family of four or more or was one of those coaches/parents feeding a youth athletic team. read more

This place has really went downhill. The food was not updated the entire time I was here. Pasta was cold. Cheese pizza was good but pepperoni had been out long enough that it was actually hard. The ice machine was getting stuck in the on position when filling up your drink and there was ice overflowing from the machine and out on the floor. I first thought some kids must have made a mess but saw the problem when I took my own cup away from the machine and it continues to spew out ice for a few more seconds. I was at the location for about an hour starting at 1:30 pm. Many tables were dirty and some even had plates that were not cleared. No one came out and cleaned tables the entire hour and it was not very busy. Bathrooms were atrocious to the point that I turned around and went to another bathroom somewhere else. The cleanliness of the establishment makes me wonder how clean they are while making the food. I don't want to think about that too hard! It was unacceptable. Do better CiCis. read more

Absolutely one of the worst experiences ever! Walked in and no one at the register - waited about 2 min for the store manager to arrive. Proceeded to place an order for 3 adult buffets and one kids buffet. Rang up kids meal so I mentioned the family night kids eat free special. She proceeded to tell me in a very rude tone that I had to have a coupon. I proceeded to pull up the CiCi's MAIN WEB PAGE to show her the advertisement. She huffed and charged me for 3 large drinks. I used to go to a pizza buffet slightly often because it was a fun experience and a good price for what you got. I have been to Cicis in the past in other cities and they were ok. This was the worst one I've ever been to. Inside it was filthy. Even the windows were dirty. We waited at the register for a couple minutes while the manger was right in front of us not saying anything counting the till. He finally rang us up and we went in. The employees were all standing around talking the entire time (with the exception of two). There was almost no pizza on the bar and no dessert the entire time we were there (no one was making more either). Another customer finally asked for cheese sticks and one employee was so angry so slammed them down on the counter. I asked for a Mac n cheese pizza and the manager ignored me and never made it. So I asked someone else again 10 minutes later and it was finally made. This place was gross! Also we came home and all were sick the next morning. So. Don't go. Absolutely horrible!!! Please avoid. The pizza that was on the buffet had little to no taste or sauce! The buffet had basically no pizza available the whole time we were there. This is another in the long line of pizza buffets. The pizza is average tasting, but the flavors are fairly creative. Stay away from the Mac & Cheese pizza...just not worth the space on the plate. Of course, you're not going to CiCi's for amazing pizza. You're probably for a lot of pizza at a good price, right? Either that, or you've got a lot of kids (like me) and this is an easy spot to feed them. We went most recently on a Monday night, but they seemed caught off guard and understaffed. The bar kept running out of pizza and many tabled were left uncleared for the entire time we were there. They do have a yummy, but limited, salad bar. My personal favorite is the Buffalo Chicken pizza. Dip it in some ranch dressing and you'll be good to go! read more

Don't know why we went here. Maybe because Birmingham Alabama got rid of last CiCis few years ago and I totally forgot how bad it was?? Anyhow, this place was particularly bad. I love me some cheap, all you can eat pizzas. Even at Chinese buffet places put more cheese on their pizzas than this place. I would literally take 3 slices and combine all the cheese on to one. I've been in a few Cicis, they are one of our favorite places (Naples FL location is outstanding), but this location is AWFUL. Lettuce so old it looks like it starting to liquify. Cold, undercooked pizza. And everything, absolutely everything, was dirty. We love pizza, but could not choke it down here. Left hungry and went to a different restaurant.
