The pizza seems over priced for the quality. There was very little pepperoni on the "Edge to Edge" is an extreme exaggeration. The "Serious Cheese" is a thin layer and very over cooked. The chicken wings are the smallest wings I have ever seen. You would be better off getting Pizza Hut for the price. Two stars because at least my kids got fed. read more

We used to love Donatos, and it had been awhile since we had it, so we tried it again. This was absolutely the worst pizza we've ever had. It was burnt, tasted off, and was barely edible. I ordered an Italian salad and a pepperoni pizza with light sauce. The salad was pretty good. I was surprised that the house Italian dressing was a packaged branded dressing. The pizza however not only did it not have light sauce. It had so much sauce it was oozing off of the slices. I ended up tossing the pizza. I sent an email about the pizza instead of calling because side it seemed to be all kids working when I picked the pizza up- but never received any reply. My family and I love Donatos Pizza, so when we found out this one was close to the hotel we stayed at for the night, we had to eat dinner here! The staff working lastnight did an excellent job on our breadsticks and pizza, it was all delicious! They really keep this restaurant clean, I was very happy to see that! I will say the only disappointment was they only had red sauce for your breadsticks, no cheese?!?!?! But the red sauce was tasty as well! Went in there during a classic car event in Bowling Green, which caused them to be extremely busy. The manager, I didn't get her name, but she was a younger, blonde girl, was absolutely stellar. It looks like she called in help as well, as a girl, is there with her little one, trying to do what she could. they were literally running around to try and get the customers taken care of. This pizza is my favorite, the consistent double the delivery time is not. It would go along way if they'd only be honest about delivery times. The confirmation email always says "will arrive at" 30 minutes after the time I order. It 100% of the time is delivered past that time. Last two times were an hour later. read more

Overall a decent place to eat, Donato's offers a wide variety of foods from subs to pizzas. We got the large pepperoni pizza, which, like all their pizza, is thin crust and party cut. It was good pizza, a bit greasy for my taste, but more or less it was decent. The main detractor of our Donato's experience was the bathroom. It needed work, the toilet was grimy and the trash can was full and had not been replaced in a good while. The staff was helpful and the pizza came out quickly, which was greatly appreciated. Overall I give Donato's a 3/5, but with a clean bathroom it could go up to 4/5 easily. read more

So we had become a huge fan of their Pizza, until our last two orders. They have changed their interpretation of what "EXTRA" "EXTRA" cheese means. Lately, they don't care what you ask for on your Pizza, they will only give you what they decide you should get. Because as their app states, ... no one likes soggy Pizza. Well, guess what? I get to make that decision, NOT DONATOS. Did they offer to make it right, yes, but that would require a second trip to their location making the poorly constructed Pizza MORE expensive than it already is. We are reconsidering our pizza resource going forward. As long as you are OK with Donato's making your pizza, their way, you will be just fine. read more

We came with family and the place was extremely busy and almost no seats available. We ordered our pizzas 4 total, salads and a sandwich, they got our food out to us while checking on all customers seated in the restaurant. We are passing through on our way back home from Florida and got a hotel at the Fairfield Inn on Cave Mill Road in Bowling Green Kentucky and we were going to order Pizza Hit until my husband looked out the window and saw Donatos sign. So I looked them up and and order. OMG I am so glad we called them. So much better than any other pizza place around. Hands down.
